The best restaurants serving Chinese food in England

Worst Chinese I have ever had sadly. Duck was chewy and hard and the chilli beef was tasteless and inedible. Won’t even go there with the dumpling sauce…

We came here as a family of 6 for belated birthday tea for my mum, and our expectations were exceeded! I came here a few years ago and was blown away by the food, and finally got round to bringing the family along as well. Booked a table few days prior, text confirmation, and staff were very friendly and welcoming on arrival. We opted for the banquets rather than individual dishes, and we felt that there was plenty of food - so much so we were able to take some home. Staff were very attentive, always asking if we wanted more drinks and also cleaning the table inbetween courses which was appreciated. The food was divine! the starter plates consisted of ribs, seaweed, beef dumplings, prawn toast and spring rolls. This was served with small bowls of sweet chilli sauce and sweet and sour sauce, more was brought out when requested. Duck to follow, crispy and flavourful. We had an array of main dishes, the sweet and sour prawns were delicious, as was the spicy chicken. We felt it was incredible value for money, and there was enough food to feed a village (hence why we have had it for lunch today!). I can’t recommend this restaurant enough, a true gem in the heart of eccles. Thankyou for such a special night!

A must-try if you come across South Bromley. Just a few steps away from the train station. Loved their beef nasi goreng, very flavourful. 🥰

The food was sooooooo good! Aden went above and beyond for us telling some good food to order. The drinks were lush and everything was so cheap. The portions were huge we couldn’t even finish it all. Perfect way to start our marriage at this beautiful family run business. Thank you!

By far the best Chinese buffet in the area all cooked to order. Served fantastic 100% would recommend. Definitely our go to.

Food was aweful. Buffet was all over cooked and had been sitting arpund for ages. 1st time we came during the week food was ok and turn around was good. 2nd time at the weekend, hardly anyone in and food was cheap shop bought. All deep fried no taste and curries where watery. Chicken was very poor quality. Did not enjoy the food at all. All you can eat, for a reason. Had better food from a takeaway. For the price you pay per person, we would have got a lot better at a dedicated restuarant. Will not recommend this.

Had a wonderful birthday dinner here last week and had a wonderful time! Food as ever was fantastic and service was great. Was also very pleasantly surprised with a birthday treat for dessert!

The food didn’t meet expectations. The salt and pepper chips tasted like they came from the frozen aisle, special fried rice was dry, and the prawn crackers were terrible. The only thing enjoyable were the BBQ pork ribs. What a disappointment, and I won’t be ordering again.

Really over prices for very standard Chinese. Poor portion of bland food for cost.

Very expensive and nothing too special……….staff were all really lovely and welcoming but we did feel rushed. Our soup bowls were being taken away when our friends were still eating. Nothing special unfortunately and we all said we would not rush back.

Been to restaurant a few times now and on all occasions Been excellent, excellent service, excellent food, will be back again
