Having been regular visitors pre Lockdown the five of us got together at the Forum on Friday evening for what proved to be a very enjoyable evening. The food was as we remembered it EXCELLENT. The restaurant was fully booked but the staff were able to make you feel that you were the only table in the room. whoever is responsible for their training and supervision has our deepest gratitude. will we come again... you bet. Went here for bubble tea. Got the dirty bubble tea with my husband and it was great. Preferred this one over AK bubble tea on cortingham road. But they don’t have as much range. We also got starters - the karate chicken and squid was great. Gyozas tasted like the ones you could get at Tesco. Also got the crepes filled with beef. A bit over priced but was tasty. 100% recomend for the bubble tea

I have been using Chef China for many years for my Chinese takeaway and home delivery. The staff are always very friendly on the phone, but very busy. Also it’s delivered normally in about an hour, pretty good for a small village 10 miles from Salisbury. Our normal order is Beef and Green Pepper, S&S mixed veg plus egg fried rice and prawn crackers. The food is always very well cooked, generous portions and hot. I have never had a bad meal it’s always 5* One last tip, order direct from Chef China they have there own delivery service.

I've eaten a lot of Chinese food in my life. From Soho to Shanghai to Singapore. I've had the simple, the fancy, the obscure and the extraordinary. Some good, some bad and some unpronounceable. Chifan fits exactly where it should in the spectrum. It's tasty, it's reliable and the staff are lovely. I'd happily order in here anytime. Ask them what you want and they will do their best to help. Ask for wine and they'll produce a surprisingly good wine - list. In short, this is a restaurant that does exactly as it should. The owner, Jessica, should be proud of what she has achieved. The people of Dorking are lucky to have her.

Had a fantastic meal at Choi Gan recently, the food was excellent. This was the first time we’ve had authentic Chinese food since becoming vegan because many restaurants aren’t clear about their ingredients so we’ve always avoided. The owner was very helpful about the menu choices and we spoke about their journey from serving meat to plant-based food. It’s not been easy for them but ethically speaking it’s been the right choice and whether you are plant-based or not the food here is outstanding so definitely worth a visit.

My mother and I had a little shopping trip to MH and happened across Dim Sum Master as we’re walking around the market. I am practically a dumpling myself from how many I’ve eaten and my mother was new to the experience so we both agreed when ready this was going to be our lunch spot for the day - and boy were we happy with that choice!!!!! We had the dim sum platter for two and every single one was a wonderful concoction of flavour. Enhanced with soy sauce and vinegar and the BEST homemade chilli oil we thoroughly enjoyed every single mouthful and I’ve already told my husband and sister that they’re my dates for at least the next two visits :) You are a lovely couple who were so happy to help, advise and have a little chat. Your picture of the crispy pork belly will be dreamed about tonight! Thank you <3
