Been using new capital since moving to the estate over 20 years ago, the food is fantastic and full of flavour and the owner and her children are really polite and friendly and I always feel valued as a customer

I had previously been to the Rainbow Palace a number of times, the food was still great but i felt the way we were treated left alot to be desired. I had to ask 3 times for prawn crackers which are usually given straight away. When we received our food no usual dishes were given just the side plates which were already on the table. I noticed staff looking at us which made me feel uncomfortable. When we asked for the bill, the bill was put on the table, no fortune cookies which we noticed were given out to other tables but not to us. I am honestly not sure why we were not treated like the other customers and what usually happens when we visited before but it spoilt the meal and we have made the decision not to go there again or to recommend it to others which we have done previously.
