The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Chinese food

We are very lucky to have Silver River just a short walk from home. None of that delivery hassle and cost. Run by a fantastic husband and wife team that maintain very high standards. Super friendly, fantastic food and five star food and hygiene score. Highly recommended.

El gran volumen y la variedad de restaurantes en las inmediaciones de la estación de Wimbledon es bastante extraordinario. Por no hablar de las más lujosas colina arriba en el pueblo de Wimbledon. Bobochacha es un modesto lugar sin pretensiones con un interior moderno con la impar placa chapada en oro y luz de cobre ornamental adornando las paredes. Sirve una mezcla de alimentos básicos cantoneses, japoneses y malasios. Había un menú de almuerzo a precios competitivos de los que elegimos albóndigas de langostino seguido de tonkotsu de cerdo con bok choi y un curry de cordero bastante untuoso con arroz. Todo el mundo más bien irá a almorzar demostrando que Bobochacha puede más que sostenerse con sus vecinos y competidores.

Stood waiting 5 mins had to call out for service. Pacifically asked for no onions on the chicken chow mein and onions with the beef cow mein. Got home no onions in the beef chow mean and no sauce very dry. Very over priced for noodles and some beef £8 ridiculously priced. Won't go again.

Second time I’ve been here recently & I chose 2 different dishes & so did my son all of them were very tasty. Will definetly visit again in the future.

Very poor food was under cooked, sent it back and left. Shame as previous chef his food was the best. Will never go back as long as the new owners are in charge

First class service. Very enjoyable first visit. Will return for sure. Carers for fussy non meat eaters

Had MaPo Tofu served by a lovely hostess. The menu looked very extensive and I feel l may go back and have a Chinese curry sometime. It was nice and quiet at 12.30pm , which is fine with me 🐱

It's a pity that this, once favourite, place to eat has resorted to scamming its customers. The business has ceased trading. Yet you can still place an order from the website, pay for it (funny that 🤔) and then have it's status immediately change to 'closed' upon receipt of your money. The telephone number for Kimono just rings out and the new sushi business trading from the exact same address uses ignorance to bypass what is obviously an incredibly underhand way of taking funds from unsuspecting patrons. Its fraudulent. No confirmation email. No food. No way of contacting anyone from either business. I would avoid HiTokyo, the 'new' restaurant too, that's based on my experience of trying to resolve the issue. Just dreadful. Zero stars.

Good from this place is nice, however both orders have been over half an hour late. There estimated delivery times via justeat appear to be a lie. If you don't mind waiting, the food is decent, if you're in a hurry, don't use them.

Love the food from here, the curries are proper plate fillers, even without rice lol, friendly service and nice people.

Great food. Staff really friendly. On weekend may have to wait an hour for food as they are extremely busy. Order early. Been going here for years. They are a 5 star Chinese takeaway and have been for a long time. Never had a problem highly recommend. I am very particular where I buy meals.
