I was promised a world class breakfast by poison dwarf (Lorraine!) but unfortunately the breakfast room was more like a ZOO than a B&B with animals running around! Appalling!

This place has been recommended but I'm scared to even try because there are always two awful men outside cat-calling and harassing me when I walk past. I don't know if they're your staff or maybe it's you or maybe they're just two awful regulars but either way you should be aware that you have something driving away business and harrasing women on the street. You need to address this.

Normally have a lovely lunch here with family, however on this occasion my sister ordered a pepperoni pizza, it came out CREMATED. Lady behind the bar just laughed and told me to leave it on the side whilst they got another one. Then she proceeded to laugh and joke with another customer in ear shot of me over the pizza and then she let him walk off with the pizza we returned for free! Very unprofessional

Looking for a no frills cafe to grab a cooked breakfast and saw this place tucked down a quiet side street, just off the busier shopping area. First impressions were fine, standard greasy spoon vibes, just what I expected. One guy was working but seemed to be doing everything - serving, cooking, cleaning etc. I ordered a standard breakfast and tea for £9.50. Tea arrived quick and was OK, mug a bit tea stained but no biggie. Food took around 20 minutes to arrive, not the best as it wasn't busy. It was missing hash browns and the portion was small as it was. Beans were barely warm, mushrooms were freezing and had a tinned texture, sausage, egg and bacon were fine and the toast was, well... not toasted and buttered with cheap margarine so was cold and soggy. All in all a bit rubbish. I feel like the guy running the show on his own was stretched and really wasn't able to provide a decent service. I feel bad as it's clearly an independent business and times are hard, but as it is, I won't be returning and I cannot recommend it.
