Mi amigo elige el Café. No me arrepiento de su decisión. Nunca tuve una hora de té y ahora me encanta el té con leche. El desayuno británico tradicional no me atrae mucho, así que acabo de tomar un buen Shakshuka.

El servicio aquí es siempre bueno, el personal muy amable. La comida es decente, a veces un poco golpeado o fallido, pero en general la calidad es buena. Las tapas son un poco pequeñas pero muy sabrosas, las gambas son deliciosas. Más recientemente tenía el plato de tostadas de aguacate y estaba sabroso

Great coffee, nice food. The only gripe is their obsession with trying to take your plates away before you’ve finished! The waitress kept coming back to ask if we were done. Annoying.

Love the lounges. Child and dog friendly. open late so we popped in after a local music gig for a drink before heading back to the car. I've been before to meet a friend for food. Delicious. Lots of drink options, hot cold with non alcoholic options available too. Pink lemonade and the elderflower cooler are just as good as a cocktail I opt for these instead of boring cola if I'm the driver to feel a bit more adult or refreshing on a hot day. The only thing I miss from the menu was the sweet potato curry they used to do.

So happy we found the Juno Lounge while visiting Cardiff. We ate 3 meals there in 2 days! Great options for celiac and other dietary restrictions. Everything was delicious (curry bowl and brisket chili were highlights). Fun vibe and friendly staff. Thanks for the wonderful meals!

Está bien. Bonito lugar para ir con amigos. El personal es muy servicial y muy agradable. La comida es agradable, en el lado caro, pero aceptable para un placer.

Tuve un buen almuerzo aquí. La cerveza era un poco plana y esperar por la comida era un poco más de lo que me hubiera gustado, pero comprensible ya que estaban ocupados. Sin embargo, nuestra camarera Emilia era increíble y sin duda la razón por la que volveríamos, nos sentó en una mesa agradable en la ventana y nos dio un servicio atento. Sin duda volveremos gracias a Emilia.

Food was tasty, well presented. Gluten free and vegan menus with lots of options, including desserts. The fries were delicious. Two floors to sit, good view of the street from upstairs. Staff is helpful, polite and friendly. This is place I will go back.

Lovely place with friendly staff and good food. Marked 4 stars out of 5 unfortunately as multiple members of staff passed drinks or food over my son's head whilst sat in his highchair (11 months old). One member of staff did so while saying "Careful, it's hot" as they passed the bowl to my dad sat opposite the highchair. It is a common issue that happens in lots of restaurants but it is a serious accident waiting to happen and staff should be trained not to do this.

Used to go here all the time, but on my trip back to Cardiff last week, noticed that it’s rated only 2/5 in food hygiene rating??! Went elsewhere, shocked that such a bustling busy place I used to frequent has taken such a nose dive!

Was looking forward to going for a drink and some food after work, but noticed the food hygiene rating has gone down to 2! What's going on Juno Lounge? Gave it a miss and went to Troy across the road which has 5 out of 5 for hygiene, great food, drinks and service.

My soup was excellent but my husbands sausage bap was disgusting. Limp Processed piece of cheese. Sausage appeared to be warmed up and fried egg was solid(over cooked) so very disapppinting.

Always great food and service from Lounges

Juno Lounge is a trendy Pub/ Eatery in Wellfield Road with a roof terrace. Its location in the stretch of some amazing eateries in the Wellfield Road, about a mile away from the Cardiff City Centre. Ambiance: The eatery/ bar is spread over 2 floors with vibrant coloured walls decorated by portraits on both floors. Tables are also wooden and chairs cushioned, ensuring comfy seating. The candles on each tables will be lit during nights giving it a different vibe. This place is ideal for spending time with family/ friends or dates or even spending time alone, as it’s a big place and there’s enough space for everyone. This place could get busy but not very noisy. Wouldn’t suggest this place for working with Laptops as there’s no charging points by the tables, although they’ve got free WiFi. Food The menu has plenty of options - of starters, tapas, burgers, drinks, wines and hot drinks. There's a lot of veg options too. The customers can have the luxury of placing orders in the comfort of their seats through the website (by scanning the QR code placed on each table) or the going down to the bar and doing it old school. Don’t think the staff comes around for taking orders from the table. There’s table service for everything though, drinks included. The burger combos are priced between £10-£20, but there are days when they got offers/ deals (like Cheeky Mondays/ Tapas Tuesdays/ Lunchtime/ Tea time deals) The cheapest pint is CruzoCampo at around £6 which ain’t the cheapest around. They’ve got a few more lagers and ales on the tab, like Birra Moreti, Hofmeister, Westons, Brixton’s and Old Mout Cider. They’ve also got a bunch of cocktails, cocktails, coffees, teas and iced drinks. Haven't tried much food here, and hence can't comment on it with authority. Service I’ve been frequenting this place for a while now, and the service has been quick for me everytime. The staff also are very friendly and hospitable. Activities They host a Pub Quiz every Monday night at 8 PM, at the upstairs seating area. It’s a good quiz, although not many take part in it compared to the ones held at other pubs in the town. Verdict: If you’re looking for an all-you-can-eat menu and spend some time, this is a good place to be at.

Little too loud in there for me struggled to hear people at the same table, but the food and service were great. Would come back again

This is a very cool place to eat, ecclectic/maximalist/rustic decor....I think owned by the same people as Cosy Club 🤔. The menu is huge, so varied, I found it very hard to choose. We were a party of seven but all our orders were served quickly and piping hot, everyone was very happy with their choices! The staff were very friendly and helpful, just the right balance of attentiveness and confident calmness. I highly recommend Juno Lounge.

Organizado para mi baby shower de hijas el domingo 9 de junio para las 12. 30 pm. Me puse en contacto con ellos la misma mañana y se ofrecieron para que viniéramos antes a poner algunos globos, etc. Instalaron una larga mesa en el primer piso. Todo fue perfecto. La comida era increíble, muchas de las personas que vinieron hoy, nunca habían estado aquí antes, pero todos dijeron lo encantador que era el ambiente, el personal era increíble y tan amable. El servicio era tan rápido, y el hecho de que todos podían pagar por sí mismos en la mesa. Significaba que no había malabares en la cuenta al final de la comida. Muchos de los huéspedes dijeron que sin duda volverían de nuevo. No puedo agradecer lo suficiente a los gerentes y al personal por su maravilloso servicio. Para cualquiera que no haya estado aquí antes, este lugar es muy recomendable.

A relaxing friendly place with delicious food and drinks. A wide range of customers young to old. We had the three tapas for £13 and each of them were fantastic. It was the perfect stop before heading out to dinner.

Poor quality over priced food, ordered a tuna melt and fries, over toasted bread, hardly any filing, tiny portion of green tinged chips, venue had lots of staff yet queues at the bar, venue felt grubby, needs a refurbishment.

Lovely staff, great atmosphere and amazing food and drink. I had the harrissa chicken flatbread with a sherbet lemonade. Such reasonable prices. 10/10 no complaints. Would recommend!

Tidy breakfast, girls very friendly. We were the only ones here so can’t comment on the atmosphere.

The meals were slow to arrive and cold so we suspect they had been sitting around for a while. I had the breakfast with over-cooked eggs (hard yolks) and black pudding and stingy portions of beans and mushrooms. Complained about the eggs and mushrooms (didn't bother about the beans as they came in a pot so they clearly intend to serve a mean portion). I was quickly brought more but the replacement eggs were also over-cooked. Very disappointing, especially considering the premium price of £15.50.

Hot, filling & tasty lounge breakfast accompanied by a lovely flat white.

The food was cold. The staff were unapproachable.

Been before always nice atmosphere etc, my one gripe is on “Tapas Tuesdays” a lot of the dishes are sold out or unavailable!!. This has happened o two previous occasions. Otherwise enjoyable.

I went to this lounge because I was in Cardiff for a few days and wanted to go to a place I was familiar with, as I have had pleasant experiences in other lounges where I'm from. I was greeted rudely and left to wait for several minutes before waiting by a woman who appeared to be the GM. After this I was made to feel uncomfortable, rushed to a seat and spoken to in a very patronising way. When I ordered the smashed avocado brunch and it came, there was more bread than avocado visible, the bacon was overdone and it was probably the worst breakfast I've had in years. Do not recommend.

Used to eat here all the time while living in Cardiff because the food was great and very filling. I had lunch while visiting and was extremely disappointed to see how small the portion sides have become. Paid £13 for a 'burger' that was closer to the size of a slider, less than 20 chips and some coleslaw the size of my palm.

Attended today for a table for two. My friend went in and asked how long the wait would be as we were at the back of the queue. I waited on the pavement with my baby. She was told it wouldn’t be long and the member of staff would come back soon to get us. We waited patiently on the pavement with the door open to wait for the staff member to come back to see if a table was ready for us. Then another female staff member came up to us and asked us to shut the door. We said we were waiting for her colleague to return with a time for us. She rudely replied “it will be when somebody leaves” as she shut the door in our face. We left straight away.

Love the atmosphere and I’ve always had a great experience here, even when it’s busy. Really good food and love the drink and cake selection too, nice vegan options!

Some times the dogs barking can be a bit off putting. Some well behaved Dogs go un-noticed. But on ocassions dogs have barked which has been overwhelming for my children.

The food was disappointing this time. Had the festive chicken burger. The breaded fillet was burned on the outside, but the thickest part of it was undercooked. My friend had the beef brisket, which looked more like reheated mince meat... The state of the toilets was appalling! Made me question the overall hygiene of the place. Would not recommend.

Generally cheap prices. But beer mass market and short on quality. Given the vast array of great craft beers available locally... astonished to see basic beer from Spain and nothing worthwhile even in cans behind the bar. Defaulted to red wine... not much better. Also freezing cold in the ground floor seating. Nice atmosphere.

Good food at a reasonable price. Easy parking nearby , not too expensive. Real ale nut so would have liked a room temperature flat beer option.

Lovely place, we had a fairly large group with two young ones. Never felt rushed to finish and vacate the table, food was amazing.

Excellent food as usual but the restaurant was cold so couldn't take off my coat to eat. Others there also kept their coats on.

What a lovely brunch. Sat upstairs so we could see the view of the street. Fab service, ordered on the app and got confused. When I mentioned it to the guys at the counter they sorted the order out and didn't charge any extra for the coffee upgrade. Good came promptly after our coffee and it was really nice. Hot and tasty. Definitely go again when we've time to kill in Cardiff.

As someone who has worked in hospitality for years, I hate writing bad reviews but sometimes they are necessary. We came here today for lunch and had an awful meal. Pancakes were not worth the price at all, I’ve paid much less and had bigger portions in many other restaurants - about 3 pieces of hard burnt bacon on top. The tapas was also very disappointing. The chicken wings were burnt and had barely any chicken on, and the calamari was cold. Calamari states it comes with garlic mayo and there was probably about half a teaspoon on them. Asked for more and waited a good 7/8 minutes by which everything had gone cold. And to top it off, the staff were not very friendly or accommodating. Won’t be returning. Fino lounge in Whitchurch is much better.

Daughter introduced us to here on a hot, sunny day, for lunch. Roof terrace is great, food is great, beer is great, so good we went back again in the evening.

Quirky eclectic and spacious with good atmosphere plenty of seating both inside and out on roof terrace. Delicious food especially poached eggs another breakfast items. Well priced and beautifully presented milkshakes and cocktails. Friendly staff.

This is my favourite of the Cardiff based lounges because of the outdoor rooftop terrace. I also like that you can still order on the app rather than having to queue at the bar.

Nice chilled out atmosphere. Food is usually really good and if there are any problems then always easily sorted. The breakfast is one of the best in the area.

Beautiful Sunday roasts, great burgers and starters

Delicious food and friendly staff. The only way they could really improve is if they allowed table bookings, as at the moment it's pot luck, so if you want a guaranteed meal you need to book at a restaurant that takes bookings.

Chilled restaurant and bar with easy app ordering. Food is nice but can be pricey for what you get. Juno has a good selection of drinks and a large roof terrace as well, easy to recommend.

Love this place, always busy, staff brilliant, food excellent. Also the best thing about it is I can take my dog, who is a well behaved retriever x collie and she loves it to. 💕

My partner is coeliac and had breakfast there yesterday. There must be cross contamination somewhere that they weren't aware, cuz he was in pain in a few hours. Delicious food, but we wont risk it again.

Took over 40 minutes to get breakfast out to us, the order for coffees was lost and whilst the staff were nice, no one really cared and no one was checking in or making sure you were happy. Pretty average in all, breakfast was alright, had better for less money, almost £70 for 4 to have breakfast and coffee/juice, so not really worth the long wait and average experience.

Great atmosphere and staff let down by the quality and cooking of their ingredients. At the price of £10.95 I would expect decent bacon cooked to order not pre-cooked and kept warm. Poached egg, in my mind should be runny, mushrooms were kept warm in babe-maria not fried crisp to get that nutty taste, and frozen hash browns at this price, they aren’t difficult to make. A shame because everything else is great

The staff are surly and scruffy. I think they are trying to cultivate an image of 'cool' but rudeness and off-handedness are not cool. There is no evidence of professional training. Apparently they act according to their mood and, i was told, it is too much work to have to smile at customers all day. Oh, the poor things. All in their 20s. If this had been a one-off i would have let it be (with a comment to those involved) but this has been repeated on several occasions.

Great dog friendly brunch place. Staff was very nice and the food was delicious. The Lounge breakfast, the Miami brunch and the Lounge eggs with chorizo were our choices and was very tasty.

Family meal. Very rude male member of staff who was very affronted when I asked if it was possible for someone to clear the table. We had been seated with the dirty plates for 25 minutes at this point. When asked for a receipt for a refund he had put through, he once again appeared annoyed and surprised that I didn’t just take his word for it? His whole manner ruined the meal and means we won’t be returning. I see others have complained about this particular member of staff in other reviews. Other staff were very polite and helpful.

Very poor customer service experience. In the end we left and went elsewhere after standing queuing in the doorway for 15 minutes and not being allowed to have a drink while waiting. Yes it was a Friday evening at 6.30pm and I appreciate that they say they don't allow bookings and don't want people drinking at the bar, but they can surely have a better system than this at busy times, even if it's just providing an alcove area where people can have a drink while waiting, rather than have to queue in the doorway. While some staff did their best to remain polite during what was becoming a fraught situation, it was when we were spoken to in a condescending manner by a male staff member that we could have a drink when we are seated at a table, we (along with other people) left and went elsewhere. While we were waiting, we saw several people leave the queue, so it seems they are doing so well that they are comfortable losing trade. They won't miss out by us not going there again, as we only visit a couple of times per year, but our friends are regulars, and were appalled when they heard of our treatment and said they won't be inclined to visit again anytime soon.

Appalling service. Miserable staff. Asked my wife to put her newborn baby in the corner of the bar out of his way. Not sure of his name. Short hipster type. Left him a 20p tip. Topped his hourly wage up to £10.20. Muppet
