We had an evening meal at this restaurant. The food was superb. Lovely menu. The restaurant was comfortable and had a rustic feel to it. Can't speak highly enough of the waiter he was extremely kind to us. Would definitely go there again.

I'm so glad we stopped in! Delicious bread and so many options for sweet treats! The Wagon Wheels are one of my absolute favorites! We'll be making another visit to Cardigan just to visit this location again.

My family and I usually go to Rest Bay CafĂ© for breakfast, but we had heard great things about this cafĂ© and decided to give it a try. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the breakfastâno complaints there! However, we did notice a few issues. First, the HP brown sauce wasnât genuine HP; it had been refilled with another brand. While this might seem minor, I donât agree with this practice. If someone had an allergy or needed to check the ingredients, they wouldnât know what they were consuming. We only realised this because they happened to be refilling it during our visit. Our table was also not as clean as we would have expected, with crumbs still in the corners. It gave the impression that the cleaning could be more thorough. Additionally, there were no prices on the menu, and the prices displayed on the wall were outdated. Small sheets of paper informed customers that prices had increased, but they didnât specify the new amounts. I feel this is poor customer service and quite misleading, as customers should know exactly what theyâre being charged. Overall, the food was great, but I believe the cafĂ© could improve its cleanliness and transparency to enhance the customer experience.

Went there yesterday and very busy but the young staff members were amazing. Beautifully polite and apologetic for the wait. The food was amazing and the large chips was massive. This is the best chip shop in porthcawl. Keep up the amazing work with producing wonderful food.
