Fabulous Sunday lunch with very generous portions. The cauliflower cheese and red cabbage were excellent table additions and all in very reasonably priced. Prompt and friendly service. We were too stuffed to have puddings though they also looked delicious. We will be back.

We went for Sunday lunch. There was Pork loin or Beef to choose from. We chose pork and it was lovely. There were 7 side vegetables, all beautifully cooked also Apple sauce and gravy. For desert there was a large choice. I chose the home made meringues with summer fruits and whipped cream. The meringues were crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. They were beautiful as they were not too sweet and the fruit and cream complemented the meringues very well. My husband chose the home made apple flan with ice cream and that was also very much enjoyed. The staff are very welcoming and we will certainly be back. Thank you.

Food is great, a bit pricey but that's because of tourism so usually only go now and again otherwise we'd be regulars. Chips aren't the best, be nicer if fried for a bit longer to crisp slightly as a bit bland and soggy. The cheeseburger was great, battered jumbo sausage not bad, again a bit soggy, seems a theme or maybe a standard of practice. Veggie burger seemed unnecessarily pricey and a bit of bad value but made well. Steak and kidney pie was ok. Drinks are a bit pricey too. Excellent service and quick though as a family of 5 were very hungry.

Over priced ingredients, watching staff sorting meals on wheel, hope they don't come to your old age parents
