Arrived 2.50pm, seated and it took someone 10 mins to come over to explain kitchen closed. The kitchen closed at 3pm. Bought 2 tea, 2 cakes and a juice with little change from £17. Would say the cakes are below average for taste and quality although they charge £4.35 each. A lot of staff doing very little here and the shop is way over-priced for essentials. Judging from previous comments, I imagine they rely on tourists rather than locals for support.

5 stars for service because they were very accommodating when we needed to move tables round, and with my food order due to my dietary requirements. 4 stars for food as it was nice food, but the burger itself tastes no different to a store bought frozen one. I'd have had the steak if it was bigger or there were some more meat/seafood based sides so selection was lacking a tiny bit, but that was only for me, plenty great options for the rest of the family.

My local bar when I'm in Inverness and although it's not the most glamorous of places, it's got plenty of screens for the sport, a beer garden with play area for kids, a pool table (which is free on Mondays and Tuesdays!) and good craic with the regulars.

Signs all over the place saying saying they clean tables between diners. Nope!! Waited for ages- had to go ask them to clean our table! Burger was cooked to within an inch of its life- tasteless but we were starving and had already paid so ate it. £1.95 for a can of urn bru is disgusting-400%profit!! I’ll not come back- and you’re my local!!covid has taken so much but no effort here to make anything easier - for staff or customers!!
