Pepperoni pizza last night, gave me the shits all day today, I will not be back...

Very unhappy with dinner, dried out and none left. The seating were either ripped or had stains on them. And waited ages to be served, only to be told to get your own carvery.

Bring Andrew back!! An ignorant staff member named “Dan” served me today. I asked for a latte and received a dire cup of coffee. There used to be a young man Andrew who would already have it made for me coming in. Brilliant coffees, however, times have changed and Dan is not the man!!

The fish was so over cooked it was inedible. And there was dozens of bones in it. Avoid at all costs.

Store freezing cold. Been like it for weeks. Staff complaining about it as well. Told heating broke. Surely it would have been fixed before now. Not sure if it’s a health and safety issue and should be reported ?.

Went there a couple of months ago with my husband . The food we had was nice. The staff were laughing loudly at a customer ( who didn’t seem to be sharing the joke, and who looked uncomfortable) . This went on for 15 minutes even after the customer had left and all didn’t feel friendly or professional. The whole front of the shop by the till is covered in passive aggressive signs. My partner got so uncomfortable with the vibe he started to panic and so we left. Won’t be back in a hurry.
