The batter on the sausage and haggis was a big soggy but other than that was ok

Food was excellent highly recommended!

Portion sizes were very small, half portion of chips with a supper? Batter on fish was very soggy and chewie, you'd expect it to be fresh when ordering early. Very disappointed this time round, been ordering from here for years with no problem.

The pizza was unbelievably dry. Never had this from Bravo before, usually the Pizza is lovely. Disappointed.

Used to be the best Take Away in the near area. Everything we get from them was top notch quality. It's went downhill dramatically.

Terrible. Ordered food said it was delivered but didnt come. Phoned shop twice to chase driver still not here when said it would be. Not even a sorry on the phone. Request a refund. Wont be back!

Not too happy with my order tonight. the black pudding was stone cold. the supper wasn't great. chips all stuck together and cold. there was a slight heat in sausage. sorry but this had to be binned. I cant eat cold food.

Delivery was a little longer but within the time stated , expect that on a Friday night . The pizza though was warm at best and the cheese hardened up . Really disappointing after the last one I had which made me come back

Unfortunately my food came and the whole bag was soaked in grease! Should take more time with presentation rather than rush it out the door. Kebabs where soaked in grease whole pitta bread was soggy and chips looked like where ready 3 hours before ordering. Not happy and £30 in the bucket.

hoagie isn't a hoagie. chips and salad separate. it's a massive wrap with donner meat and cheese inside.

Best Fish & Chips in Broxburn & Uphall and surrounding area, probably the best you’ll find outside of Edinburgh. Very friendly staff. There’s always been a chip shop in Broxburn ran by the same Italian family since 1968. Haddock are large (angel cut so boneless) and fried crispy, non-greasy. Fresh Fish are delivered daily. Potatoes are chipped daily, real chippy chips - hard to find elsewhere these days. Pizzas and Kebabs are superb and always made to order. Wide variety of menu items to keep everyone happy including pastas, curries, kids meals and munchie boxes for sharing. Also a great place for big food orders. 👍🏻

Most times hit or miss. Had a great fish supper at the start of the week. But five days later it was poor, the fish was terrible. Had a very strong fishy taste and texture was very crumbly. Chips seemed dry and hard.

Absolutely lovely shop, Bravo is our family favourite go to ALWAYS The staff are always friendly and help with anything you need including dietary requirements and listen to what you actually want. A great big thank you to all the staff 😉

I was really disappointed in the fish. It was 95% batter. Not what I have come to expect from Bravo. Will think twice before ordering fish again.

No salt and vinegar on either of the portions of chips when we ticked the box for them, quite a few totally black burnt chips too. Also, wrong drinks delivered. I thought I’d give them a second chance after the last poor delivery but not again.

I never leave bad reviews but the customer service I have experience tonight is shocking! First time in years I have had a problem with this shop. They mixed up our orders due to second name, husband was nearly home and they called saying wrong order given. When i called back asking for compensation due to this, said we can only give you fresh food on your collection.More waiting around, food has been received and it is now cold as it’s not fresh order. Shocking, Blaming my husband won’t be back

Doner kebab was “ok”. Barely any chilli sauce and a bit greasy.

as usual the burgers and chips were good but the macaroni and cheese was horrible. The cheese sauce had split and it left a bad taste in our mouths. I absolutely will never order that again.

Cold and now have nowhere to get food waited an hour for it arrive was cold on arrival now waiting days for a refund For pitiful excuse of being served cold food cold chef came himself too collect it back Not from the area not seeing what’s special about this place as a fully trained chef disguised with the service and the wait for a refund buying through just eat is not an excuse for a slow refund or an excuse for poor quality food Again another example of poor training and what a chef actually does and city prices as well

Great experience. would prefer if the chippy could put the brown sauce on the food in the chip shop, this would reduce plastic waste and allow the food to saturate it. other than that, love this chip shop. it's much better than the one in Uphall!

Driver claimed that he tried to call me, but i never received any calls, i was waiting for his call, so i wouldn’t miss it. When he gave me my order he was rude. Please get another driver. Food was amazing. thank you.

Not Impressed! I ordered a chicken box with chips.The chips were inedible,dry,hard and went in the bin.The chicken was actually all frozen nuggets,a couple of dry chicken in rock hard batter and a frozen chicken burger. Absolutely shocking.! I hope Bravo and Aldo's up their game or they will lose their trade when 4ways opens in Broxburn. Do better !

I ordered a 1x chicken hogie and the chicken was completely unseasoned and disgusting I want a refund.

Phoned 3 times as the order took over 2 hours. Told you to cancel the ordered and give me the refund 20 mins later you sent the order I had cancelled. Still waiting on refund

I went in five minutes early and said I was there for my collocation they where waiting on chicken nuggets and where customers also in line who had no order before I was due my food at 25 past 6 and never received it until 6:43 after a full line of customers getting the same meal before me and left and went up three times and told waiting on chips and chicken as even tho there where people who made there ordered after me getting chips and chicken and kebabs shocking

Kebabs are small, And when you ask for a large kebab they will just give you a small. Which is theft... Also the speed at which the kebabs are served to you in shop and also the kebab meat is cold only proves that it's not fresh and has been sitting in a tin all day which is disgusting. Never coming back here again.

Been a stable backbone to the Broxburn community. Always enjoy getting a Bravo highly recommended alot of stuff to choose from all the menu and kids menu as well so if you pass by drop in and grab something you will enjoy 😉

I ordered chicken and pineapple with onions. Pizza was missing onions entirely.

Got a seafood pizza, the mussel's were off visibly green, Been throwing up non stop this evening, phoned the take away, and they claimed they were fine because they are frozen!! Didn't want to listen to a safety complaint. Will never order from them again!

Ordered and picked up pepperoni and salami pizza. It was absolutely swimming in oil and totally inedible ! Someone needs to teach them how to make a pizza….fresh dough base, tomato sauce, cheese (not to much) then toppings. Don’t then smother in more cheese ! Final straw… Won’t be back !
