Food is always excellent and service is always great

£5 for a large ice cream with 2 sauces and loads of toppings…. Enough for 2 people to share ……delicious even in the rain

Decent coffee, with gluten free cake available. NOT dog friendly, though they do allow service animals.

Booked my works Christmas do with Jenny watts, they promised a DJ upstairs as a party night. Arrived to the upstairs locked up, they lied and said everyone had cancelled so we were stuck at a table in the bar. We were the only people there for a meal. They completely ruined our night and haven't even had the decency to reply to my email or apologise. Do not waste your time coming here. They even have the cheek to continue to offer their "party nights" on their Facebook page. Customer service is a disgrace.

Had lunch here a few weeks ago - excellent food and service - great beer. I never, ever, clear my plate - the delicious chicken stack ensured that I did...

We were the only people dining and the service was excellent. We had Stacked Chicken lunch and it was lovely. Meal was still warm when we’d nearly finished - this place knows to serve food on heated plates to keep it warm. Highly recommend this place for lunch.
