Repeated my order several times, blonde girl on the front couldn't hear me. Asked to make my own nugget pot and got given a kinder bueno one with a different sauce. All 3 girls makes comments whispering to each other then laughed looking at my direction. Got to the till said that's not what I asked for and was made to put for it. Rudest staff I've ever come across

Gorrrrrrgeous. Had the nuggy pot of my own choice in both Bangor and Newcastle shops. Excellent value for money and a real treat.

My favourite ice cream. I was glad to hear it was opening in Belfast and Bangor. It's busy at certain times. I love their sundaes and will jump at the chance to get them lol

Wonderful range of beautiful ice creams and every topping under the sun. Dozens of different ice cream deserts, creps and waffles on the menu or just grab a big 'pot' and create your own. The hot chocolate sauce on tap is a must! One 'nuggy pot' is big enough for two to share - but you won't want to... Price wise I think it is amazing vale for money for the size of the deserts. Only complaint is it needs to move to bigger premises

Nice selection of ice creams and toppings. Perhaps a bit pricey and Mauds is just as good in my personal opinion.

I have absolutely no criticisms about this place. Visited with my husband and grandchildren. They loved the ice creams (as did I!!) and they were reasonably-priced, given the fact they come in a waffle cone and come with a wafer too!! Our cappuccinos were excellent (wafer also included!) and were a steal at around £2. Just what we need in Bangor! I'll definitely be back to this clean and welcoming ice cream shop!!

Like the ice cream flavours on offer and the toppings, a little confusing as to what you are getting and can lead to extra cost, but kids enjoy it and it makes a nice treat for them.

First time here and the staff were very friendly explaining the different choices and options. There is so much to choose from! Reasonably priced too for what you get. A really nice spot for a treat.

There’s plenty of places for ice cream in Newcastle but we like this one best. They have loads of toppings for the kids - sweets chocolate sauces sprinkles etc, lovely ice cream and they keep the place cleaner and more hygienic looking that some of their rivals. If we ever want an ice cream in Newcastle, this is where we’d go!

Called in for some ice cream in one of the few places who actually sell dairy free ice cream, waited about only to eventually be told there was no dairy free ice cream left. Not everyone can have normal ice cream due to intolerances/allergies so surely they should be checking stock levels as it is obviously very popular. Not impressed.

If we go out for a meal we always skip dessert to have a nuggies. Always really friendly girls serving and the ice cream is delicious. The profiterole pot is my fave. Many are trying to copy but nugelatos is the best!

Been here twice now on business trips to NI. A local chain of ice cream shops worth a visit. Not a massive selection of flavours but lots of variations possible with the flavours available. Prices reasonable and nice coffee too. Salted caramel and Oreo combo...

Fount two across the street from each other and tried both. Returned here. They seem to specialize in toppings, two scoops keeps you in cone ar cup, go for 3 scoops and toppings seem the norm. Great ice cream.

Used to work here and faced intense racism. They offered to buy out my contract seemingly to keep the issue quiet. I was contemplating taking legal action but this would mean going against an institution I respect (Camphill) that looks after people with learning disabilities. Since my experience of racism was limited to the Holywood branch. I ended up accepting the "garden leave" they offered because I didn't like the idea of attacking an institution that looks after the vulnerable. To add insult to injury at the end of this "garden leave" they didn't actually pay the entire sum that they owe to this day.

Really great place to dine I went there for lunch with my daughter when I was back home in Bangor from the Middle East, and what a welcome change the food was. I had the seafood pasta, and my daughter had the traditional fish and chips. Both portions were excellent, and the seafood pasta had tons of varied seafood. I believe the Bryansburn has been taken over by a chef/owner, John Park. Absolutely fantastic, John. It is a pleasure to have dined in your establishment good food, good staff, and good prices.

BYO, as a newbie on the island I wasn't aware of this. Otherwise we were completely satisfied. However, the restaurant is difficult to access for people with walking difficulties. Narrow stairs to the 1st floor.

Beautiful fish and chips and even better scampi. The batter is so light you can properly taste the food, you will love it.

We went to watch the rugby in the bar and no one was in the bar. The tvs weren't working only the one in the pool room were there was about 5 people playing pool. Hopefully it's just teething problems
