Ordered a last minute customised birthday cake the day before it was needed and just as they closed and the service and quality was impeccable. I rung to see if they could do this first and the lady was very friendly and helpful despite the short notice. The cake turned out beautifully, the design team added the photo and text on in such a lovely way and it really made it so special. Thank you very much!!

When we arrived, the restaurant had no heating, and there was neither an explanation nor an offer to accommodate us elsewhere. My garlic mushroom starter had a burnt flavor, and my main course of turkey and ham was disappointingly bland, accompanied by a small amount of tasteless gravy. The chocolate brownie was overly dense, and the strawberries on my partner's pavlova were sliced so thinly they were barely noticeable. However, our server was exceptionally kind and attentive, which was the highlight of our visit.

Another excellent build your own Fry and another lovely wee cafe to add to the rotation during my visit home. My poor arteries but so good. Warm service. Five breakfast items for 6.95 or upgrade to seven for 7.95.

Girlfriend ordered a chicken Maryland and it was very undercooked, me and my girlfriends brother ordered the 10 ounce ribeye steak and it was well of 10 ounces more like 6 ounces, girlfriends step sister had to ask for her order as they forgot it, my food was quite cold too when I got it, they acknowledged their mistakes gave us a free round of drinks and knocked of my girlfriends meal off the bill, for the prices of the food I expected it to be alot better, don't think il be back tbh

This is a review of the supermarket. Sainsburys are relentless about their drive to inconvenience their shoppers. At 7pm on the 03/09/24 they closed down the manned tills. This means that if you have a full trolly you have to check yourself out at the self check outs designed for customers with a basket of shopping. Firstly, I object to having to "check my shopping out" Secondly the facilities to check out a full trolly loaded with shopping is woefully inadequate. This is a cost cutting exercise by Sainsburys, they may say "it's the way the market is going" but that's their cost cutting excuse. By introducing this 7 pm change it discriminates against me when they still provide manned tills before this cut off. If they closed down all their manned tills, they would loose the majority of their customers. For me, that was the last time I will ever shop in Sainsburys, any Sainsburys. I've been shopping with them since this store opened.
