Had a fab meal at this restaurant. Was fairly quiet so was bit concerned as other places all booked out but had no cause for concern once we got our food. Quite a meaty menu but found something for everyone. We had a table of ten and the service was brilliant. Staff all really friendly and obliging. Couldnāt do enough for us. Food was brilliant, I had steak, so tasty and cooked to perfection, hubby had the stack and loved it, best main meal out for a long time and thatās saying something when we live in south belfast. Great value and service, tasty cocktails will def book here again. Only thing, maybe expand the dessert menu pls.

I normally went in to Chippy for stuff, staff were pleasant, courteous and efficient. Great Food, freshly made, and an enjoyable experience. So I decided to get a delivery, 1 night. Food came hot, fresh and enjoyable. Delivery Driver was mannerly, polite. Overall another great experience. I'll be back.

Its not often that you get someone who actually does care about the food he puts out... Mr D really does. Its his own business so its not some employee that couldnt care less. I do highly recommend the burgers but to be quite honest everything is good.

I would highly recommend this place! I have never tasted as freshly made food in my life and the gent that runs the cafe was so friendly! I had the homemade quiche ,and shared 2 desserts with my friend which was chocolate and pear frangipane and chocolate and caramel tartlet with Prosecco infused raspberries! Will definitely be back but would need to book!

Very good breakfast - nice range of choice on menu. Liked my green tea - good quality. Donāt be put off if the front room is full - thereās more seating in a back room. Our second visit here and will definitely be back when in area.

The jumbo fries, certainly one of the best Irish breakfasts we have eaten. Tasty and extremely filling, we didn't feel hungry until the evening. The establishment opens at 10 a.m. on Saturday, there was a queue of regulars waiting for the opening. The service was very fast and the staff very pleasant, this address is a gem that I warmly recommend for a good Irish breakfast. šš»

We have just had an amazing Sunday lunch at the Tartine in Bushmills. The menu is really creative, especially for vegetarians and vegans, with two veggie and one vegan starter, one veggie and two vegan mains and six deserts, one of which was vegan. had the red wine poached pear starter which was light and full of flavour, followed by the Tomato and basil Tofu crumb. My wife had the Beef Brisket, which she really enjoyed as the meat just fell apart. The mains came with seasonal vegetables and roast and mash potatoes. The tofu crumb was so light and flavoursome. The meals were full of flavour, perfect roast potatoes, creamy light mash and vegetables still holding their crunch. We were defeated by the portions and despite the deserts looking equally exciting as the starters and mains, we had to decile. First class service from the staff who seemed to love their work and great classic cooking all round. The restaurant was light and welcoming, as was the ambience enhanced by the right level and selection of the background music. A perfect experience and it must be the best restaurant in the area and the best meal we have had over the last twelve days touring Ireland, and we have had some excellent meals.
