This place has everything! Wonderful fresh high quality products that never disappoint. The staff are excellent and Brindon is one of the nicest people you could ever meet. If you are in the area it’s well worth a visit.

Good place to visit prices are excellent

Took advantage of a promotion (pay for two courses & get the dessert for free) - Food was nice enough (although the main was SCALDING) but the waits in between the courses were excessive. A three course meal took in excess of two and a half hours to complete and whilst I appreciate that this may be designed to enable the punter to place more bets and prolong the time they spend being at the venue, for someone just attending to eat - these levels of timescales are ridiculous.

Took my aunt for lunch, a great little cafe and reasonably priced. Love the Henderson theme

This is the best vegan restaurant I have ever been to and I am gutted that it is closing. On July 7th. Don't miss the chance to go I'd you possibly can.

Great night out, never been before went with friends, we had the 3 course set menu, food and service was excellent couldn't fault it at all, they give you a free drink and £5 to play on the slots, very good value.

Dissapointed to find a new menu and shocked at the prices, we stayed as it was the easiest option for us, we enjoyed our meal and the staff were good they always are, but we won't return. I have visited many times over the years with friends and family but won't return unless changes are made. Where' s the soup on the starters. I love the venue but at the end of the day your are a pub.

Proper pub, no gimmicks just beer and a warm welcome.

We came across this pub by chance whilst driving on the Snake Pass. Lovely old pub, full of character and the views of the Strine reservoir and surrounding countryside are fantastic. Ideal place to sit in or out. The food was nice too, we had sandwiches and a bowl of chips.
