Beautiful restaurant. Deep fried brie was lovely! Big portions. Ordered medium cod. We all joked it was moby dick lol. Was too full for pudding, but they sounded gorgeous. Would definitely go back! Didn't get photos this time as dived straight in.

A typical English pub. We were warmly welcomed (as always). The food is good and the staff is friendly as always. The beer is also tasty. There is a covered and heated area in the yard for smokers. Dogs are very welcome. I can only recommend this pub. Unfortunately I won't be able to get there again until September.

The Coachman has been a firm favourite of ours for a long time and tonight was no exception…. Why? A warm friendly atmosphere was apparent as soon as we went in, Emma and the other girls are excellent. The service efficient and the food…. A joy to have a little different from most pubs, authentic Turkish dishes alongside traditional English … the flavours and spices so fresh. Desserts gorgeous and a warm roaring fire to make the night complete thank you to the team at the Coachman!

Recently called in here with our two sons and three of their friends, having been for a walk in Broxa forest. We were straight away shown to a table before our drinks order was taken. Staff could not have been more helpful or polite. Will definitely call in again.

First visit to Betton Farm and what a find.. Beautifully refurbished restaurant/tea room set in the small village. Staff were fantastic , very knowledgeable, very professional and super friendly. Only had a light snack and coffee (cakes made in their bakery are lush) sat looking out the window with beautiful countryside views. Definitely be back for a meal as the menu looks delicious... Fabulous courtyard for those sunny days adorned their bakery/shop selling a delicious array of goodies. Great value for money... And !!!!! They have a cracking little animal farm with some super friendly animals... star of the show the friendly pig... A visit to this gem is highly recommended.

What can i say? To be perfectly honest, i wasnt expecting this place to be very good. BUT boy was i wrong. The food here is better than amazing. It simply melts in your mouth & is full of fantastic flavours. I had the fillet steak with chunky chips, i have eaten all over the country & europe & never have i had food like this. The steak was so easy to cut & cooked to perfection, the chips were out of this world. Crispy on the outside & soft on the inside with such flavour. Exceptionally good prices too. I will definately return for more food. Thanks to all at the anvil.

Dont bother going, woman who served us so miserable, when I asked if we were in time.for breakfast, we got a sharp YES, atmosphere unwelcome, log burner throwing so much smoke off it's a health hazard, cheap sausages, cheap beans, frothy poached eggs, worst place we have ever been to, couldnt wait to leave. Advice to owner, close down asap.
