5 Start service! From order to delivery! As I was the only one in work today I couldn’t leave so found this local gem placed my Order - Pie, Chips, Peas for my lunch and was sooo nice! Everything was delivered on time and wrapped carefully also double wrapped in tinfoil to keep the heat in. Food was piping hot! Thanks, I’m sure I will be a returning customer!!!

Brilliant place Baby shower for my Daughter-in-law Afternoon tea, food was amazing service fabulous and the room was set out beautifully. Nothing was too much trouble Thanks for making it a wonderful afternoon Tommy xx

We were enjoying some winter sunshine and a lovely walk in Mirfield. As we passed the cafe we decided to go in and get something to eat. What a fabulously lucky choice that was. The service, choices and quality were all superb. We both chose the pork baguette with chips and pigs in blankets. It came with a pot of apple sauce and a bowl of dipping gravy. YUM. Presentation was excellent and all looked very appetising. Indeed it was and we really enjoyed the food. We both agreed that we would certainly revisit if we were in the area.

Hard working friendly staff. Always welcome everyone who goes in. Brilliant varied menu with reasonable prices. They do a fab breakfast. Even our dog ' Bella ' drags us in there for her sausages in which they bring every time. I would recommend this place to everyone . You will not be disappointed !

" Gastropub " it says on their website....NEVER ! We went for Sunday lunch after reading how popular this place was on our local FB page.Not the nicest of dining areas , certainly not like their photos. Tiled floor , mis-matched furniture, more like a transport cafe for lorry drivers. The whole place is very rundown and drab , peeling wallpaper, damp patches etc. No starters available . Meat was tender and plates piled high but frozen soggy sprouts, cabbage with loads of stalk and nothing seasoned at all . Very bland .Not a good experience. We like to support local businesses but sadly won't return here. The staff were lovely but it needs a lot of money and a total revamp in order to survive . I hope it does!

Absolutely brilliant. Varied Sunday menu which suited all eleven of us from a four year old to a seventy year old! The staff were attentive and welcoming. Great visit 👍🏼

Lovely pub with a vibrant atmosphere. Food is amazing and good value for money and the staff are very friendly definitely worth a visit.

Popped in for an after dinner drink in this local pub. Pleasant wood and brick interior with an open fire in the centre between bars. Comfy seats and a choice of table, it was quiet on arrival but started ti fill up as we ere leaving Sensible priced drinks and the service was polite and helpful. Beer garden outside and adequate parking available.
