The best restaurants serving British food in Liversedge and Gomersal Kirklees Yorkshire and The Humber

We have drove past this place many times and always said we would give it a try - today was the day! We were pleased to see that they have an upstairs area with additional seating which was useful as seating is limited in the main part of the deli. I ordered the chicken pesto melt and my partner ordered the halloumi, harissa and hot honey sandwich with a side of crispy potatoes. We also ordered a vanilla latte and a vanilla iced latte. Both the food and drinks were very tasty and plentiful. The sandwiches arrived toasted with crisps on the side which was a nice addition. We found the menu to include a varied choice of options which swayed away from the generic cafe sandwiches which is always good to see. We will certainly return as the food was good quality and a reasonable price.

Amazing hotel, so modern and so lovely!! Two of us went for Sunday lunch. One had meat and potato pie and the other had the roast beef dinner. Food was hot, really tasty and well cooked and nice selection of veg. Staff were friendly and service was good. The pub is nicely decorated and the outside area is very nice. It was very quiet and not many customers which is such a shame for such a nice venue

My dad and I stopped here after a long journey to look at cars. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. Both our meals were lovely. Would go again if we were ever in the area. Reasonable price and large portions.

Very reasonable food for the cost. Menu variable and there are daily deals on the board. Special 2 for a tenner meals and a good children's menu.
