Lugar encantador, limpio y ordenado, personal agradable. Tomar patata chaqueta con chile que era deliciosa ensalada encantadora y col con ella. Mi compañero tenía panini que venía con patatas fritas y ensalada de nuevo era muy bueno. Recomiendo encarecidamente que sin duda volveremos.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to Cupcakes2Love for their amazing support at our event today at Keepmoat Homes for National Apprentice Week. Their service was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The cupcakes were not only delicious but also beautifully designed to perfectly match the theme of our event. The attention to detail was spot on, and it was clear they put a lot of thought and care into every aspect. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional service and quality. Top chippy biggest portion chips had for long time fish was good too

A group of ten of us booked a table to celebrate my birthday. On the day we received a call to say that the boiler had broken and therefore the restaurant couldn't open. However, they pulled out all the stops to make sure our evening was not ruined. They re-seated us in a private dining room in the Hilton hotel next door and the chef, waiting staff, menus etc all came across too. Essentially it was exactly the same just sat in a different dining room. The menu had some lovely choices on there and every single meal was both delicious and well presented. The staff could not have been more attentive and attention was paid to every detail. Huge thanks to all the staff for making sure my birthday celebration could continue to go ahead, and for making it a great evening. I would highly recommend.

Had a lovely home cooked meal, the landlord and landlady Stuart and Karen were extremely helpful and friendly and we would recommend to anyone.

Had the most amazing bottomless brunch at the Jazz Cafe! First time I’ve ever had bottomless brunch and been to the jazz cafe and it did not disappoint - the food was amazing, Prosecco flowing and cocktails were amazing! There were quite a few large hen parties in and although we were only a small group of 6 the service was still amazing! We really enjoyed the afternoon and can’t wait to do it again 😍

El personal necesita reciclaje y se le mostrará cómo organizar, planificar y tratar correctamente con los clientes. Todo el personal simplemente pasa la culpa de sus fracasos de uno a otro. Este es el correo electrónico que envié y todos los problemas que tuve así que toma tu propia decisión, pero definitivamente lo EVITARÍA. Hola (nombre del gerente de eventos) Cuando llegué al parque del castillo el viernes por la tarde el 23 / 08 / 24 necesitaba que las cosas se movieran en la sala estuve allí más de 2 horas y nadie estaba a mano y al final mi familia y la señora de la otra compañía de eventos se ofrecieron a ayudar porque no había tiempo para esperar a ti mismo o a alguien más cuando ya había estado allí más de 2 horas. La mesa que había quedado fuera para mi pastel solo tenía 3 patas y media que si mi pastel se hubiera caído así que de nuevo mi familia tuvo que conseguir otra mesa, entonces necesitaba un mantel para ello y le preguntamos a un miembro del personal dónde estaban y no tenían idea. Al buffet infantil le faltaban cosas, al sandwich, al zumo ilimitado también el buffet infantil debería haber estado en una mesa aparte y no lo estaba. Había bocadillos de atún cuando pedí que no los hubiera. No había cucharas para que la gente pusiera chapuzones en sus platos Ninguno de los sándwiches estaba etiquetado para que la gente no pudiera decir lo que eran hasta que comieron. Parte de la comida estaba demasiado cocinada, quemada y definitivamente no hecha en casa como se indica. Cuando mi madre le planteó los problemas de la noche al gerente del catering, se encontró con una actitud horrible, él alzó mi voz a mi madre (a lo que mi hermano tuvo que intervenir y le pidió que no le gritara) y no se disculpó. Estoy muy decepcionado porque todo esto puso un estado de ánimo negativo en mi noche de fiesta y lo arruinó, lo que no debería suceder. Absolutamente horrible organización y servicio al cliente esto no es lo que esperaba de ustedes después de asistir a otros eventos con ustedes. Sé que hubo otros eventos en curso, el mismo día y estaba ocupado, pero una empresa como usted debería ser capaz de hacer frente a más de un evento a la vez y no hay excusa para estos fracasos. A partir de enero me ocupé de ti, días en los que no estabas allí me pidieron que volviera a llamar cuando estuvieras en los que lo hice y tomaste todos los detalles para que mi mamá te dijera que eras el nuevo gerente de eventos porque el otro fue despedido por prometer cosas que no podías llenar tampoco está bien cuando solo había tratado contigo. Agradecería una respuesta rápida a este correo electrónico.

Went down to Lakeside today with. Friends as we like to meet up on a monthly basis. We always have something to eat So Beefeater was chosen.So glad it was from the minute we got in we was greeted by Debbie I do believe she is the manager we was shown to our table and asked what we wanted to drink I had an hot chocolate and when it came my eyes nearly popped out and my head but sadly the fault of the machine I took it back no problem Debbie sorted it and brought me a hot chocolate to die for it was beautiful. The meals I had was Gammon egg chips and peas and it was beautiful very tasted I cleared the plate so compliments to the cheif when it come to paying our bill for the food we all had very reasonable and Lee came with our bill very well mannered and polite in fact I will go back and I will recommend Beefeater to family members and friends

Good pub with friendly staff cheep as chips you can get a good pint and change out of £2:50 There's live music in the afternoons about 3 or 4 times a week + Dj and karaoke that enjoyed by 30years and above it has its regulars but anyone is maid Welcome If your in town get your self down

Been going here for quite a few years. Has issues with the takeaway before when a certain member of staff (quite harsh voiced and bossy) pulled a face because we asked for cheesecake (which is on the takeaway menu). Understand its busy around Christmas but they seemed to be smirking when we asked if they had anything. Never again

Mujer grosera en la caja. Nunca tuve ningún problema aquí antes, pero me dieron Mrs Eye - rollos la semana pasada 🙄 Todo fue demasiado problema! Desde añadir un pastel extra hasta cortar un bocadillo por la mitad 🙄🙄 ¿Qué pasó con un buen servicio al cliente?

Played today with our golf society. Warm welcome by Carl and Chris. Catering very good. Course in good condition and greens excellent. Would be happy to return. Many thanks.
