The deli at pershore I highly recommend them! I was impressed by the staff, highly customer orientated, polite and friendly. The food was deliciuos and ready on time for take away. All the ingredients were fresh and tasted like home made. A big thank you to Craig, for preparing everything on his day off! I will surely return for one of those tasty wraps. Om nom nom nom 😋

We popped in here for lunch, cafe was busy so a good sign ! Lovely designed interior . Waitress was attentive , friendly helpful. Food came quickly and was very nice however the manager was miserable , rude and arrogant, I almost felt like I was a nuisance being there !

Came after viewing a friend needed a coffee. To be served in paper cups. When I approached the very unfriendly member of staff to say I would like a proper cup I was abruptly told not today she was alone and paper take out cups the only option. I do have a motor issue since having cancer I need a proper cup I explained this I was told to wait. And then she shoved a proper mug in my hand Thanks. After a sad afternoon this was my experience with you guys in Pershore. All I wanted was a nice coffee !

You would not think a restaurant could get a cream tea wrong but Sugar ‘N’ Spice did. First off the price of £7 for a scone & tea was probably one of the most expensive ones I’ve seen. The waitress wasn’t very friendly & made a big issue of charging 35p extra for Earl Grey tea. (the bill later was written out for 70p extra each). The current scone (didn’t get a choice of current or plain) came out slightly warm but doughy in the middle. Possibly caused by heating up in the microwave then just fell to pieces when cut & trying to put jam & cream on. The strawberry jam must have been the cheapest possible jam you could buy. The clotted cream came out in 2 opened individual Roddas clotted cream tubs such as you would find in a supermarket which was fine. However, they were half full & looked very much like the little plastic tubs had been reused, washed out badly because there was a dirty ridge line of old cream towards the top of the plastic pot & refilled. The only saving grace was the Earl Grey tea which was good & the extra 70p was deducted off the bill when questioned. Can’t say I would return or recommend visiting based on that visit.

Pershore Jazz Club recently ordered 100 meals from the Riverside Fish Bar for our Christmas jazz night. The food was delivered on time, and it was hot and delicious. We received favourable comments from numerous people. The reasonable priced package included salt, vinegar and sauces. The curry sauce was a popular choice. The team at the Riverside could not have been more helpful.
