We love Coffee and More, after our family trip to the Library. We always get a lovely, warm welcome from Seamus and Sarah. Delicious food, we had a selection, poached and scrambled eggs on toast, and a few different cakes. Perfectly runny and golden poached eggs. Great tasting coffee, with an excellent amount of stiff froth, first class! Everyone was delighted with their choices, and there was plenty of room in the Arcade space, for the 5 of us. We are usually a group of 7, sometimes 11, but nothing fazes the great Team. Thank you!

Myself, a friend and our two children (aged 1 and 8 months) stopped by for a coffee and lunch today. The café was empty apart from a table of 3 women so we walked in to park our pushchairs to find a table. We were greeted by a gentleman (assuming the owner) who told us we’d be better off seated in the arcade area outside the café. As we walked out he asked ‘will you be feeding your babies?’, to which we answered “just 1” as the other was asleep. He guided us up to a cramped corner and handed us our menus. I proceeded to move a chair out of the way ready for a high chair to take its place. My friend went back into the cafe to ask for a high chair for her son and a woman waitress responded rudely by saying “we don’t have high chairs, we’re a café.” She was very blunt and made it very clear that children were not welcome. We packed up our things and left so can’t comment on food but service was POOR.

Well worth seeking out this very comfortable cafe in a small arcade. Excellent coffee and delicious light lunch ( certainly the best jacket potato and home made coleslaw I’ve had for a good while) Very fair prices and very pleasant staff. A very good find!

We were so pleased to find this fabulous café tucked out of the way off the high street. It's like an aladdins cave with pretty lights, good music playing in the background, and an overall friendly relaxed vibe. I haven't seen my mum look so happy for a long while as when she tucked into one of their delicious looking cranberry teacakes! The staff had kindly slathered it in butter as per her request, and she declared it made to 'perfection'.

Keen for a coffee on leaving the town centre car park at lunch-time, we chose the first restaurant we found - not sure whether others would be crowded. A very good choice. The staff are pleasant and worked efficiently. The menu offered a nice selection of food without any restriction on time of day. We thought the Cranberry Teacakes on offer must have been specially included, so ordered them with our coffees. Another good choice. If visiting Pershore you will be wise to seek out this 'hidden gem'.

Fantastic place in the rear of an arcade. Seating inside and out. Table service. Menu was varied and had lots to offer. Sandwiches, Panini, salads and breakfast plus more. Lovely staff who really care about your experience. We tried a warm chicken and bacon salad and a 3 cheese and onion toast, both were to die for 😋. Prices were also very reasonable for the quality of food and service you get.

The food was nice, though they had run out of the bread we wanted. The waiter was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately the manager was rude and arrogant. We saw him hugging and chatting with regular customers, but he was completely nonchalant with us. Whisking things off our table, sighing and not once did he ask us if our food was okay. We were polite and friendly, so I wonder if he has an aversion to woolly hats, jeans and walking boots...which can I add, were not dirty. Maybe he needs some customer service training in how to treat new customers, or maybe he was having a bad day? But treat everyone equally, smile and be polite and people might come back.

Delicious, plentiful food, the side salad is colourful and so fresh. So much to choose from on the menu, all 9 of us were easily satisfied. Great coffees and a lovely range of hot chocolates. We have been visiting for years, and always get such a lovely welcome, even when we have been very infrequently. Brilliant staff and I would always recommend Coffee and More when visiting Pershore. The Christmas decor is always stunning, there is a real fire too, and plenty of extra seating in the Arcade. A few of us had variations of the Christmas Special, turkey, stuffing, bacon, cranberry, jacket potato, sandwich or toastie. Absolutely gorgeous, I’m hoping to return for more!

Decent enough place, and a welcome respite from the searing August sun outside. Seems odd to us that nobody’s reviewed it for about 18 months. We had a nice brunch, both of us going for cheese and ham toasted, in my case on the rather quixotic base of double crumpet.

Despite lovely warm log burner on a rainy day the atmosphere was far from welcoming. The owner firstly glared at me when struggling to get through the door with my son in a pram as I slightly knocked his chair, later snapped ‘careful with that’ as he touched an ornamental lamp then stomped around the cafe snapping loudly at staff he was ‘pissed off’ about expired stock. A real shame as very good coffee and food but not somewhere I’ll return especially with a child.

I don’t even know where to begin! I was meeting friends here from all parts of the county as we were off afterwards to the RHS show in Malvern. The service from the outset was horrendous. Slow and mediocre, I was told that I had to sit in a certain seat if I was ordering food - what?! I personally had the eggs benedict which was probably the worst breakfast I’ve ever had - it was swimming in Hollandause sauce and was sickly.I asked for it to be changed/redone so it didn’t have so much sauce only to be told that ‘it comes how it comes’......not if I’m the one paying for it.Honestly, I wouldn’t visit again with friends or with anyone else - I truly think they believe they are great at what they are doing but they fall short on lots of areas - particularly customer service!

About thirteen of us arrived at the café (unannounced) for lunch on Easter Sunday. We were made to feel very welcome and whilst we hadn't reserved a table, they managed to accommodate us by putting all the tables together in the external area of the café. Our drinks, hot and cold, were served very quickly and our food was all prepared well and came soon after, exactly as we'd ordered. Lovely food, as always. It so happened that about seven of us were in the area again the following Sunday and we repeated the experience, except this time there was room inside for us. Me and my husband were visiting the area to see family, and as we were having a nose (as per) came across what looked like a cosy little coffee shop... Don’t be fooled. My husband turned round to me and said, “Go on Sandra, why not” so I thought no harm could be done by trying some of their local coffee. I walked in and I was welcomed by a beautiful fire, the cafe was so small and delightful. We sat down and were greeted by a lovely, polite waitress with a menu in her hand. We ordered our drinks and they came very fast! It was that cosy and nice that we had another look at the menu and ordered some food. When our food came, I noticed my food was quite different from what I ordered, and as I do not like sausages and specifically asked for just bacon, I had two sausages on my plate and no bacon. I just thought “oh dear, we all make mistakes” and asked for the sausages to be taken away and to be replaced with bacon. All of a sudden, I heard what sounded almost like a very old man scream “she can eat what she’s f****** got” along with a lot of swearing and foul language that I haven’t even heard of, and every single customer turned round in shock, a response I did not expect to hear, and will NEVER repeat again, from the other side of the kitchen. I was just so thankful that my grandchildren weren’t with us! As tears formed in my eyes I turned round to my partner in crime and said “I can’t believe this”. Our food finally came and after we’d eaten what was quite cold and slimy, we payed and left. I will not be returning, due to the poor treatment of other staff by what seemed to be the chef. I’m still horrified by this experience.

Nice Cafe with posh menu's trying to be an upmarket restaurant. Very hot and stuffy inside, but fortunately there was seating outside in the Arcade passageway Nicely served pots of tea and friendly staff. Unfortunately no one has told them that you can't serve an "All day breakfast"`on a narrow oblong plate, trying to make it look look like a fancy afternoon tea at the "Ritz". Ok , what was served was tasty and it came with a round of toast, but a normal breakfast in every establishment that I have ever visited, be it Hotel, B&B, Restaurant or "Greasy Spoon". Has consisted of egg, bacon, sausage, and tomato. and if you were lucky a slice of "Black Pudding" . I have never had to choose between between having either bacon, or sausage. Mine was the big breakfast . I was given the choice of having one small rasher and one average size sausage if I wanted both, The egg came scrambled without choice. Very dainty, but not a normal breakfast. .

Although small C & M offers something different. Tucked away in a small arcade its décor and background music (opera on my visit - non-intrusive) is the first favourable impression. It is gorgeous and the log burning fire is a welcome attribute on a cold December day. Lovely pictures, mirrors and artefacts reinforced with beautiful music. But the food..... yes really good breakfasts, delicious and imaginative sandwiches (my favourite is crunchy tuna mayonnaise ....mmmm...) Coffees are excellent. We are regulars to this area and will definitely be back!

This lovely cafe is hidden away in a shopping arcade in the pretty market town of Pershore. Table service by friendly staff. A wide choice of food on the menu which was reasonably priced. A range of tables and chairs inside and ou, as well as comfy leather chairs close to a wood burning stove. A lovely way to spend a lunch break.

I'll be honest l never knew this place existed and if u didn't know where to look you would never find it. However, trust me it's worth finding, the homemade cakes look out of this world.I had a sausage sandwich and one of my friends had scrambled egg on toast, l clearly made the wrong call. Not that there was anything wrong with mine, far from it. But his looked so fresh and tasty. The staff were all really friendly and nothing seemed to be to much trouble. Without question l shall be returning, scrambled egg on toast next time though!

We were directed here by the lady in the pet shop as somewhere we could take our 2 small dogs, having been turned away from another coffee shop in the High Street. What a lovely cafe! It was warm and cosy, with a log burning stove and comfortable armchairs. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The homemade cakes looked delicious but we hadn't had breakfast, so my husband had a sausage bap and I had a toasted tea cake, which were delicious. We both enjoyed the coffee. My one suggestion would be to serve real butter, individually wrapped, with the tea cake, instead of spread. It was so lovely to spend time at an independent coffee shop.

A delightful cafe hidden away in a small shopping precinct off the High Street. This cafe offers a wide variety of food with a few twists. The decor is somewhat left field but nevertheless charming. A great find. I will certainly visit again next time I visit Pershore. The coffee was delightful. The food was very fresh and plentiful.

My wife and I had a very enjoyable day in Pershore, calling in at Coffee & More for a hot drink. We were enticed by the warm comfortable atmosphere (especially the armchairs) and had a relaxing half hour with tea in a proper china pot and cup. Excellent service and we chatted to another couple who turned out to be the parents in law of the lady who owned the establishment and who was serving us. A delightful spot and thoroughly recommended.

I regularly stop here as a cyclist for a coffee and cake. The coffee is good but what sets this place apart is the quality of its cakes. Decent value too and because it's tucked away in an arcade, I can safely leave my bike unattended for a while.

Coffee and More is a lovely little tea and coffee shop tucked away in bakers Arcade. There is a welcoming wood burner in the winter and dogs are always welcome. The food is always well prepared - we are great fans of the sausage sandwiches!! It is somewhere you can just chill and enjoy good company. You can also buy gorgeous artisan bread on a Wednesday when Tessa from The Artisan bread Club is there. By far the best coffee shop in town

What a delight, a quirky little gem. Tucked away in an arcade, lovely comfy chairs and eclectic mix of chairs and tables. Lovely coffee and excellent service. It was busy on a damp Wednesday morning, so obviously popular.

A little gem of a place tucked away in Bakers Arcade in Pershore. Home made coleslaw and salads and the most amazing cakes with a menu full of delights. Seamus is the loveliest bloke and I totally recommend this place for a quiet chat, lunch with friends or somewhere to just "be" for a while. Go there. Go on, do it!

Popped in for a quick snack with my partner yesterday. First impressions good. Very pretty inside, interesting and quirky with a lovely log burner providing much needed warmth from the cold winter day outside. A young waiter brought menus over. There is a good range of teas and coffees on offer and snacks and cakes. I chose tea and a slice of pina colada cake and my partner plumped for chocolate cake and hot chocolate. This is where things began to slide a bit. We ordered an indulgent hot chocolate but requested no marshmallows on it. We were given the ordinary hot chocolate with no cream, no flake, nothing. Also the waiter was completely non _ plussed when I wanted the pina colada cake! He admitted he didn't know what it was! There were only 3 types of cake on offer! I explained it was pineapple cake! Later I wanted more milk with my tea. The female server I asked wanted to know if it was hot or cold milk. She thought I was drinking coffee and failed to immediately see I was drinking tea, even though the pot was obvious. She realised her mistake and scurried away, muttering. Overall, it was a pleasant visit, the cakes were very nice and my tea was good. It just needs attention to detail to make it gel. It's not there yet.

The person manning the entrance insisted we wear bands on wrists (plasticised, non-recyclable) which indicated payment of the garden entrance fee which would allow seating in the garden area. Having reserved a table inside, sunny weather tempted us into the garden. No tables were reserved in the garden area. Staff stated they were unable to move an umbrella to provide shade over a table large enough to accommodate the 5 of us. This request was made by 2 very elderly members of the group. We moved to the reserved table inside the tearoom which allowed dogs at tables. Our expectation of a healthy lunch with salads gathered from the wonderful kitchen garden was dashed. Salad leaves came from plastic bags, quiches were supermarket produced and almost nothing locally sourced. Mediocre, bought-in food assembled on site. When asking for water at the table, a glass urn was pointed out to us. “Glasses” were the single use plastic type. 2 of the party, sitting at opposite ends of the table, ordered the same type of tea. One pot between the 2 was provided. When the meals arrived, the waitress stood at the end of the table, announced the contents of the plates and expected to pass them to the person seated next to her for distribution down the table. A second waitress attempted a similar act with the cutlery (wrapped in a serviette) but then did walk around the table and put it in the appropriate place. The attitude of the supervisory staff was high handed. The younger members, although pleasant, were clearly untrained. Although something of a fuss was made about the displaying of the entrance wrist bands if the garden area of the tearoom was to be used, (can only be clearly displayed on a handbag strap or wrist), several customers not displaying bands were seated in the lovely sunny garden. The gardens were simply beautiful.

Early evening meal with 4 friends . We opted for the 2 courses for £10 deal! We tried the 3 options available and each were lovely. Well cooked and presented. Huge choice of dessert - all delicious. Service was friendly and warm - even though as the only person working, she had a lot on her plate! With drinks - it cost £16 per person. The main menu was also good value. A couple of us would have preferred to see a couple of salad option on the menu so that’s what would have made it 5* However absolutely worth a visit.
