Great service great food, highly recommended

We were served out of date beer which resulted in food poisoning. Not good. Check dates out the bottles

Been here several times in the last year. The food is excellent ! Try for an excellent Indian meal for two. Or a family Sunday lunchtime and enjoy a Traditional roast dinner each. The food is excellent and a very good portion size. We were happy to see it was the same chef on a Sunday lunchtime that has worked here for years. Coming for a Steak night soon. Well worth a visit, great food at a decent price, I hope they prosper !

When we arrived the staff was very pleasant and help us to our room the room was lovely and clean the food wa fantastic and the staff was amazing and so polite so I would come back again the bar and restaurant was very clean thank to all the staff for making us welcome from julie and andy xx

Had a breakfast today was cold and discusting bacon saus hash browns were deep fried beans warn the produce was very bland sorry to say will not be returning a small blow air heater was left on floor between 2 tables which I nearly tripped over ..this place was a 5 🌟 few years ago place was very cold .gentleman who served was polite but unfortunately breakfast was poor

The staff were very friendly, it's a wonderful place, there was plenty of food on my plate that I was totally stuffed and I will definitely be going back

Arrived for the food, which is excellent, better than most indian restaurants in Kidderminster.

Really nice restaurant with an excellent full English breakfast. Ideal for the budget traveller looking for somewhere to break the journey.

Lovely hotel and restaurant. All staff are so welcoming and helpful. Best breakfast I've had in a long time and I travel alot. Evening meal in restaurant was so nice and great prices too. They make you feel so welcome from the moment you walk in to when you leave. Amazing with the children. Would definitely stay again.

Such a shame, we had meals before and the food is good. But today I order online at 5.00pm for delivery at 6.00 and paid £40 plus for meal. The meal arrived at 7.10pm. When I rang first time at 6.30pm they said they were running 20mins behind. Meal arrived as Mentioned above. To late and couldn’t eat as later than I wanted.

The best Indian I have had in awhile! It is a rarity when we ask to see the chef. The food was exceptional! It was our first time eating here, and it did not disappoint! Special thanks to the front of the house staff, they made us feel so welcome and nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you all for such a perfect evening. We will be back!

A 5* menu, we had the Chef’s Special Indian meal excellent quality & flavour (£16.99 per head). The staff where attentive with great service, will definitely be back again.

Went for a family birthday lunch on a Saturday. Very nice food, generous size portions with plenty of meat. Nice to see some different curries on the menu with the Nepalese options. Really good service and great value for money.

20/10 the Leaking well team were fantastic and so attentive to customer care, property was fantastic and the menu was absolutely incredible, would highly recommended

The staff are very welcoming and friendly but I asked for a small portion and I didn't get it and the restaurant was cold as well

Called in, on the off chance, for lunch. Absolutely blown away. Food was amazing. It was freshly cooked. Service was first class. Portion sizes were good. Staff were very attentive, eager to ensure that we were happy with our food. Definitely going to be a regular haunt.

Mother's Day lunch was out of this world! Both the British Roast and Indian food was incredible fresh, tasty and abundant. Excellent service throughout in a lovely atmosphere. Will definitely be returning!!

Went with friends for an evening meal. We all ate indian style meals and each and everyones meal was really nice. The staff were realy friendly giving a first class service. Calling again this coming Saturday morning to try the Full English Breakfast. HIGHLY RECOMEND.

The hotel was in a peaceful location between towns, so easy to get to places via car or taxi. The room was a good size with everything we needed. Two radiators so we were nice and cosy at night in Feb. Wifi was really good with no issues! Dinner was delicious- creamy and tender chicken with rice cooked to perfection. Breakfast was very good value for money and tasty.

Christmas lunch here for a change. Pleasantly surprised...great food, friendly staff, polite and efficient service. Intriguing how the well is displayed inside building.

Found this little place on my way back up north and shocked to find the most fantastic Indian food I’ve had in ages!! Very friendly, well priced, good choice of traditional British Indian dishes. Would stop again!

Went for a meal there 😋 it was absolutely fantastic, the staff were friendly and everyone enjoyed their meal.l took my 2 grandchildren and 2 daughters. The best curry I've ever had. If your in the area you must go there , you won't be disappointed.

Visited as a family recently and found the food superb. The meal is excellent value for money choose one starter, one side dish and then a main dish with either rice or naan bread for £16.99 Sunday to Thursday only. The place is lovely and the ambience relaxing. Service great and staff really pleasant. It’s a far cry from the previous owner/landlord who was a miserable, unhelpful lazy man who used to sit on his stool in the bar area glaring at new customers and being a general a’hole. My only complaint about the new management/ownership is the extortionate price of a pint. I don’t mind paying premium prices for premium lager however, carling is not a premium lager by any stretch of the imagination and it’s not a city centre establishment. £24 for 4 pints of carling is shocking and I wouldn’t recommend this place on that basis. It’s a real shame because everything else is spot on. Can’t fault the staff the place the food but sort your beer prices and you’ll have an all round winner.

Now opened as an Indian but the bar remains in tack for the locals to use. Went for my first meal since it has been reopened. Brilliant service and food is amazing. I was really impressed that the waiter knew who had what when it was served. There is nothing worse than the confusion when it comes out and the waiter knew exactly who was having what. The timings were perfect and we were okay to relax and after the meal. The bar area at the front is good for a pint or 2 before the meal or just to go in for a pint. They were serving HPA which is one of my favourite beers so all all on that front. If you are thinking of going - GO

Five of us went out last night .. the service was laid back but efficient. Owner super friendly and happy to explain all the menu items and was happy to go off menu with our requests . There is a lot of Indian restaurants in the area but this one far surpasses the others . They even have rooms should the beer go down too well. Try it

The food is really really amazing...The bed was very comfortable ..The Best nights sleep I have had for a long time.The owner was charming....attentive ..could'nt do enough to make my stay very enjoyable..Will be going there again very soon ...Thankyou so much ..

My wife and I decided to visit the new Indian & Nepalese restaurant based at the Leaking Well. We both chose the £16.99 chefs special and we weren’t disappointed. I went for the Garlic chilli chicken starter followed by Balti Chicken and fried rice. The food was excellent and the staff polite and very friendly. We would highly recommend.

The food we ordered was very well presented and delivered to my house. The food was absolutely lovely and very tasty. We would certainly order again. The staff were very friendly.

Lovely friendly staff, food very reasonable and tasty (£5 for a cooked breakfast!), good choice of alcoholic drinks. Rooms basic, but very comfortable bed, quiet. My only niggles I was given a very small towel and the shower head could do with un -blocking.

Called in for breakfast today with friends very clean and great friendly staff, good service and food.

Had a Sunday carvery here. Choice of 4 meats. I had pork, my husband had beef and my sister chose turkey and beef. It was all delicious. Not overcooked and generous slices. Huge choice of vegetables including some unusual ones like parsnip curls and spicy marrow. Marrow was not to my taste but I enjoyed the potatoes in cream sauce and the cauliflower cheese. Couldn't manage desert unfortunately but we were offered good choice including chocolate fudge cake and sticky toffee pudding. Service was friendly and efficient.

arrived 1.55,no one and I mean no one around to attend to me,finally a unfriendly woman appears who takes a delight in telling me I'm too late to order. Will I go again ? NO CHANCE. Mitre Oak here I come !

Appalling customer service, dated, drab and dark room. Over-priced. You'd be better at theTravelodge up the road!

The food was good and the staff very friendly. However we were in room 3 which is a twin. It has a large pine wardrobe between the two beds, so there are no bedside cabinets or lights. The light switch for the main light is about 4ft above the bed which is really poor design. The decor is shabby. The bathroom has a lot of mould on the ceiling above the shower.

Called in for breakfast Tuesday 27th September , food cooked to order, came out piping hot, excellent food and first class service. Would highly recommend.

Well Support Local business they say ....we've gone for Sunday breakfast here for weeks..Today we go and breakfast was very poor standard, after returning it they put same poached eggs on cold. When explaining to the manager/Owner if that what he calls himself that I wasn't refusing to pay just how poor service was...his reply was I do apologise but under staff,if you don't like it dont return...one thing to remember in the winter months your be grateful for local people but you don't deserve local people money... winter your need local

What a great little find this was - super friendly and very welcoming! The owners couldn't have done more to get us settled and to our venue for evening wedding do - they are ace! Room was spacious, bathroom was great and the pillows were amazing! had such a good nights sleep and shame we had to head off early the next morning as we had heard such good things about their Sunday carvery .... may have to pop back another day :)

Thought is pub was really good, it was a brilliant find, went there by accident , glad we did, good meal, good service

So my wife nipped in one day as she needed to borrow the loo (she has a bladder condition) the door was open so she went in got accosted by two awful individuals who started asking her if she j'ust goes around knocking on peoples doors' they continued to have a go at her even when she showed her NHS disability card which allows her access to any public loo to the point where she spent an hour in tears. Basically this place is ran by some of the most awful people we have ever encountered. Honestly they should be ashamed.

2 Night stay on motorbike trip. Good ambience, great food and beer. Friendly and accommodating hosts. Rooms clean and comfortable at a reasonable price. Would recommend.

Well what do i say about this place. This inn, The leaking well is the placed to go to for a carvery it's great Steve was cutting up the meat and all the vegetables up to standard it was our granddaughter birthday which they found this place and it was the right place to have a meal, all the staff are very friendly and helpful .I would recommend this place for a meal and a drink . I think you would not be disappoint . There is very nice places outdoors you can sit in the dry which I think they gone out of the way to make good for everyone .just look at pictures. They hosted my running group tonight. Really lovely food, plenty of it and most of all a warm, friendly welcome from all of the staff. Would definitely visit again.

Well here we go . I travelled 137 mile trip to see my son and his family and decided to go for a Sunday Carvery !!! at Leaking Well . What can i say . On entering the pub it was pleasant on entering . The bar staff asked us do we need a drink and i explained we booked a table etc . She then showed us to the back room which felt really out dated and what resembled an old peoples home . Myself and my wife sat down and to start the chairs needed glue on them to stop them falling apart!! We ordered 2 pints of orange juice and lemonade. On its arrival i started to drink it and wondered what happened to the orange juice and the lemonade was like Andrews liver salts ! We were told we had to wait our turn to go and get our carvery . We looked at each and thought school meals !! We then watched lots of regulars keep coming in before us and getting their meals. After a very long wait and feeling uncomfortable being there and also the terrible seating . We were asked to get our meals . We felt like being back at school . The chef asked what meat i needed and i said a bit of each please . Then after i had to go through every item on the plate including sauces and where i liked my gravey !!! I have never had to do this before at a carvery . When i got back to the table i started to eat it and realised how bad it was brocolli hard as a nail. Sausages under cooked . Yorkies burnt . Stuffing balls that could have knocked down a wall . Veg that was cheap frozen type . Gravey not nice at all. Etc etc We complained about the meal and was told promptly . " just pay for your drinks and leave " which was very rude and no explanation avout the food . The so called chef appeared and said it was the first complaint they had today . But obviously they have alot of complaints and you could tell. Even small plates so they dont have to give you much food etc . The chefs need to stop bulling themselves up and look at what is being served . Carvery 11.95 never worth it . We got to pay for our drinks and found ourselves saying sorry for complaining !!! But they never said sorry once . We were charged over 5 pounds for 1 pint of very weak orange juice and lemonade . Never again will we return to the Leaking Welll. Avoid avoid . They seriously need to sit down and talk about what they are doing taking peoples hard earned money and delivering second rate food . The chefs need cooking lessons and the place needs a revamp desperatly . Such a shame and a real dampener on our trip to see family .
