This is a fantastic place, from the staff welcome, the atmosphere , the food( awesome) and everything else. They don’t seem to advertise, no signs from the main road, but please go. Amazing riverside setting.. Christmas film setting & summer magic river side garden.. Go. Here is a young couple making hospitality work,

Amazing sunday lunch. Alistair Is the oner and Chef , he and his team have a very high standard both in quality presentation and service. This river side pub is in a loverly setting, dog friendly with dog meals also available for our furry friends. A very clean and well run pub . The sunday lunch is the best around. Remember to book your car into the ipad by the bar.

We're not from around the area but we have been here a few times when we visit the Cotswolds. This is such a lovely and welcoming pub. The staff are fantastic and always pleasant and very helpful and the food is amazing. The menu changes often so there isn't a list of gluten free options on the website however the chef is brilliant. He came out to discuss what was available gluten free as standard and what he could make gluten free. This is the first time we've had a chef come out and discuss options and I think it's because there is that much attention to delivering fantastic food and service. It's a lovely environment and we're looking forward to going again.

Excellent food and drinks at very reasonable prices. The staff are very friendly and the service was excellent. We will definitely be back soon.

We have visited the Bridge Inn numerous times over the years for our Step into Christmas break and we feel we've witnessed this pub growing and flourishing. The staff are fantastic and always very helpful and the food is amazing. The menu changes often, which is great, but as I'm gluten free there isn't always time for the chef to update all the details on the website but don't let it put you off going if you do have allergies, just let them know when you walk in, as this chef is brilliant - he came to our table and took the time to discuss what was available. I am gluten free and have a mustard allergy (a right pain) but he talked through what was standard gluten free and what he could make gluten free and mustard free, no problem. This is the first time we've had a chef come out and discuss options so patiently and attentively. There is so much attention to delivering fantastic food and service here that it comes as second nature to him and the rest of the team. It's a lovely environment and we will definitely be back next year!!

Called in after being recommended, food was ok but nothing special, we had the Ciabattes one with steak and one with chicken, it looked like pie filling just tiny bits of meat we expected strips of steak and chicken, also the chips that arrived tasted musty as if they had been warmed up or the oil needed changing, they did so us some fresh ones which were lovely but just a bit dissapointed in the meal overall.

Popped in for some lunch and quickly got given a table, even on a Saturday. Nice atmosphere and nice location.

We visited with elderly parents and a well behaved dog and were exceptionally well looked after. We each ordered something different from the menu and all the meals were beautifully presented by attentive staff and were delicious. The wine list was refreshingly different and very reasonably priced. This is top drawer pub grub. We will be back.

Lovely welcome to burning log fire. Food choices, quality, presentation good. Range of beers. Settees comfy. View of river lovely. Outside seating well kept. Enjoyed our visit.

Great village pub, food really good, as is the service

Our group of seven ate here in the evening. We received a very warm welcome and were given a table in the restaurant. The menu was more interesting than the usual bar meal choices and all our meals were delicious. The lovely home made bread and dipping oil was a surprise extra whilst we awaited our mains. We have previously sat outside here on a lovely summers day. It's a magical setting. We also enjoyed being indoors in the cozy atmosphere on a dark autumnal evening

Great location Riverside, good provision for sitting outside. Interior has been done tastefully, nice log fire. Shame about limited parking but great little pub, attentive staff good range of beers and cider, good food. I use it regularly

Chose this based upon reviews. Located next to Avon River at end of small road. Lovely lunch atmosphere. Excellent service from the mum and her toddler 🤣Good menu range and we had smaller dishes of camenbert,squid, risotto and a steak sandwich. Wide range of drinks. Pud was a shared apple and cherry crumble with custard - delicious 😋

we came on the 17th of September had lovely snack and today we had a parking fine £60 not happy at all you never said anything about this when I ordered my food . and I did not like being served by a baby in a harness. bad health and safety.

Super location and very welcoming riverside pub and restaurant. The food was excellent and the service and staff couldn’t have been better. If you’re in the area don’t miss it, or you’ll be sorry!!!

Can't be faulted. Moored outside the pub for the night (and then overnight). Seemed to be family run and the whole family seemed to muck in to provide excellent and friendly service. Good food, proper beer and proper coffee! Will be back.

Good wine selection and super attentive staff, nothing is too much time or effort for them. My boyfriend got me a glass of wine and himself a pint and fell over and spilled his pint in my wine... They sorted it straight away and we're really nice about it 🍷

Decided to give the confit duck a whirl.... wow. Outstanding, the duck was amazing, it was served a cheeky risotto that had beautiful flavours of chorizo running through it. Sensational meal. It might be my new fav meal at the boat. Thanks to Lister, Chloe and the team for another amazing visit.

We booked for our wedding anniversary (but didn't tell them). We had a really excellent meal and they answered all my awkward question honestly and with good grace. My wife is vegan and they went out of their way to provide for us. Not the cheapest meal out, but one of the best we have had.

Great little place by the river and food is excellent and very reasonable prices and the Robinson's cider is excellent and the staff are so friendly

We had a really lovely lunch here, sat in the sunshine by the river. The Tapas offerings were delicious and the menu had a great choice - Light bites and lovely salads as well as a great main meal offer too. Would highly recommend 👌

I went there for a meal on Tuesday and the food and service was fantastic and the beers was good.it’s lovely down by the river as the weather was good as well. Can’t wait to go again soon.

The food was ok had to send a chicken burger back as it seemed uncooked. we had a refund as we couldn't wait for another one. The staff said it was paprika, but we weren't convinced Our party was 8 adults and 2 kids we spent about £200

Great menu, attentive staff. Had a very busy lunch cover, so tables not set up when we arrived, but very quick to remedy. Staff is happy to make recommendations from the menu. Food is lovely, hot, and fresh. Can't wait to return again soon.

Lovely spot on the water, delicious food and excellent services

This pub has been going from strength to strength. A lovely venue accessible by land or river. The food is great and can accommodate various dietary requirements. The staff all work together as a great team and communication between staff is kind and supportive. Dog friendly, boat friendly and of course people friendly. Very pretty at night too!

What a gem! Finally the Bridge Inn has opened again and we were not disappointed! Fabulous hospitality....a cushion was found for the more senior member of our party....the food was fresh and beautifully cooked....the waiters and waitresses were subtle in their attention to our needs. We were welcomed on the jetty and the nurture started then. We are so so excited to have this lovely pub open again. Went for Lunch at this charming place. Food was exceptional I had the rissotto, one of the best I've had, My friend had the salmon and crayfish salad which was gorgeous beautifully presented. Am looking forward to taking my husband there foe dinner very soon.

Although fairly local to me, and just few minutes away from my workplace, Saturday was my first time at the Bridge & Ferry. What a gem of a place! An absolutely delicious and faultless meal, …said by an Italian picky eater, speaks volumes! All accompanied by a welcoming staff and friendly atmosphere overlooking a stunning view over the river. Just perfect! Will definitely be back

We had a fantastic experience and meal at The Bridge on Sunday. We called short notice, asking for a table for 13 people, adults and children. The manager accommodated us and the meal was brilliant. Between us we tried both the specials and standard menu, and all the meals were nicely cooked and delicious, and served at the same time. No issues at all. The lady looking after us was extremely helpful (and patient!) and the kitchen kindly catered for 3 late arrivals just as they were closing. The restaurant was well presented and clean. There are 2 outdoor spaces that we saw and I'm sure that it will be a great place to visit in warmer weather. Thank you for a fab evening! Highly recommended.

Fabulous 'after' Mother's Day meal. Couldn't have been better!

We visited for Sunday roast. The roast lamb was superb. The service was excellent, very welcoming. I liked the fact the veg is served in separate dishes and not piled onto the plate. Fresh vegetables, perfectly cooked, extra gravy. Beautiful location. I couldn't fault anything. Both food & service were brilliant. Many thanks

Great food, great service and awesome views from this little pub by a waterway. The chicken caesar salad I had hit the spot, and everyone else in my party enjoyed their food too. If you're in the area be sure to stop by because you won't be disappointed.

Wonderful place with exceptional food and a lovely warm atmosphere. Diligent staff and my only regret, is that I only ordered a cheeseburger( which was the best I've had in an age) my wife had the swordfish, which was delicious. I couldn't recommend the place enough. Lovely place, spendid location on the river Avon, fantastic Christmas decorations.

We are local ish to the bridge, only across the river but a bit of a journey to get too. It was worth it. Finally a place that understands portion sizes. I had the beef bourguignon pie, served with veg and mash. Absolutely gorgeous. Followed with an apple crumble with a twist.....finally a place that understands a pudding shouldn't cost more than a main. This was a bargain at £6. At that price it's perfect and worth every penny. The place itself is vibrant in the bar with an open fire, duel sided with plenty of locals in there having a good time. Excellent options for drinking too. The bar staff are very helpful and waitress service was on point. The only complaint was that the restaurant area was cold due to a problem with the boiler and the log burner was waiting to be swept. Don't let this put you off, we will go there again, at £30 a head for 2 courses and 3 drinks over 4 people (1 driving on soft drinks). I'd say this is one to visit. It's slightly out the way but set perfectly on the river avon Sorry no pics of food as I tucked into it straight away and cleared the plate before I thought about taking a pic.

Stayed up the road at Cotswolds gateway and was recommended this place and it was lovely great food and quick service with food it got busy a bit later with the fireworks 💥 bring on but we got our order in before it got too busy luckily. Lovely food and they helped with my dietary requirements but would like to have seen some vegan puds as i can’t eat dairy/eggs

First carvery the Brudge has done and it oroved excellent. Will go again soon. Local and much better ghan in other pubs I have visited.

We’re privileged to live close by so it’s only a two minute walk However that doesn’t change what you think It’s riverside it’s gorgeous plenty of options .. indoor restaurant bar / snug with brilliant open fire and plenty of outside eating and a deck over the river Top that with awesome staff ( including the owner who is very receptive ) a massive selection of drinks and food Great to sit in the sun watching the wildlife ( including otters and kingfishers if your lucky ) Also more than welcoming to pups who love the free treats Simply stunning not to be missed

My friend and I travel the Midlands sampling pies at various different establishments. We rang ahead to ask if this pub served pies and we were told from time to time they put them on the specials menu. We both had chicken ham and leek pie and so far, along with the accompanying mash and veg, we can honestly say it was excellent. We will definitely be back to sample more of this chefs pie making skills soon.

A great pub by the river where you can relax and watch the wildlife on the river

I live in Essex Braintree area. Travelled 3 hours to see my favourite cousin in eveham. Many times spent lots of happy memories with my family. Yesturday phoned up and ask if they was serving food and was a very polite man answered. Well we arrived after 3 hours in the car and had a lovely welcome as soon as we walked through the door. Lovely food and wonderful service. I will always will return there as I love to look at the river on a lovely day. Love Emma and Tony. X xxx xxx xxx

I’ve never been to a more welcoming pub, the service, drinks selection and food were all impeccable. The landlord, I think his name is Alistair was faultless.

wonderful original menu, food beautifully prepared and presented, great service. I would particularly recommend the Mediterranean Vegetable pancake with a superb Goats Cheese sauce. Thank you!

My wife and I visited for dinner while staying in the area. The Bridge Inn is a little off the beaten track but worth the effort. I’m sure the view would be good but as it was dark when we arrived, I can’t comment! The pub is comfortable, the service friendly and helpful, the food very good. We will certainly visit again if in the area, hopefully next time during daylight, so we can enjoy the river views!

A beautiful setting, popped in on spec Sunday afternoon asked for a table and the staff where brilliant. Our young waiter was really attentive and friendly. The food was fantastic fresh and cooked to order. Would definitely recommend.
