What an excellent place for breakfast. Having recently moved into the area I came here to try this with my daughter. I had the veggie breakfast and my daughter had the breakfast stack bagel. Both were extremely well presented and utterly delicious. The staff were all friendly and welcoming and the outside seating was fabulous with the sun shining even in mid September. So happy to have found our new breakfast out spot. We will be regulars.

Had the most amazing Jacket potato with cheesy leeks and bacon here a few months back. Could not wait to come and have it again. Sorry to say very disappointed today. Could not taste any cheese in the cheesy leeks and the portion of bacon vastly reduced. All in all very bland and tasteless.

Eat here regularly. Meals are always faultless, great service, and really family friendly. I recently had a Sunday roast which isn't my usual choice. It was really well cooked, and I even enjoyed my vegetables! 5 stars for the fact it's really good food and really good value, I'm yet to have a bad meal or service here. And I always seem to end up ordering desert here, despite being completely full. The ice cream they serve (Noel's of Warwickshire, I think) is delicious!

This review was rated 1 star for a reason. My boyfriend and I were in Brinklow for a Christmas market, after travelling for an hour to get here we thought we would sit down and eat at this pub. We are not nasty people, nor do we leave horrible reviews about people just trying to do their job. However, this instance i felt as though it was needed. We ordered two lime and lemonades, a fairly cheap drink to make. The bar was really crowded due to the market, my boyfriend ordered and walked off as we got the impression it was table service. We then saw our drinks that had been sat on the bar for 10 or so minutes after everyone had cleared, so who knows who had touched them or coughed on them. My boyfriend went back up and asked if they could be remade (politely) and we got faced with rudeness by a man with glasses and an ear piercing. He told my boyfriend he had to pay for a new one even tho ours were untouched. I said no, and he proceeded to make new ones huffing and puffing, slamming the drinks down. After we sat down (opposite the bar) there was a crowd of staff who kept looking at us and talking, assuming they were speaking about us. They kept making eye contact with us while pointing and laughing, so we were made to feel uncomfortable. A girl with a striped dress, blonde hair and fake eyelashes decided to involve herself when she wasn't there when the event happened. She approached our table and asked "hows the food" in a rude, bitchy manner. I said "fine thanks" returning the tone, and she walked off and pulled a face to the bar staff as if to mock me. This made us want to leave, as we were constantly being spoken about. It seems very unprofessional here, and we won't be returning or recommending to anyone. Horrible staff, bitchy and rude to customers who have valid reason to be unhappy. I suggest you hire staff who create a warm, welcoming atmosphere, not the opposite.
