Had the most amazing Jacket potato with cheesy leeks and bacon here a few months back. Could not wait to come and have it again. Sorry to say very disappointed today. Could not taste any cheese in the cheesy leeks and the portion of bacon vastly reduced. All in all very bland and tasteless.

Went to farm shop, decided to go for tea and scones, no fruit scones available so we had teacakes instead. All very nice, great tea!

We just had the best afternoon tea we’ve had in a very long time, everything was delicious but the star of the teas were the mini quiche and sausage roll served warm. Everything was homemade, the staff were so lovely and we could stay as long as we wanted too. We also ordered a takeaway tea which superbly laid out on a tray. Well done, we will definitely be back, thank you for a wonderful afternoon.

Visited with my sister in law at lunch-time. Lovely atmosphere and very clean. Lots of people present which is always a good sign. Excellent menu and lots of daily offers available. Service was excellent as was presentation. We had sandwiches which were really good and hot drinks. My latte was one of the best I've tasted. Looking forward to trying the cakes on our next visit.

Have been many times with friends/ family. Food is fantastic, great menu. Highly recommend their afternoon tea as well. Lovely set up and lovely staff!

We called in for lunch with our retriever puppy. The entrance for most people is through the shop, but if you have a dog you need to walk further down the car park and go in the bottom entrance, walk round towards the cafe and press the button on the gate. They will open the gate remotely. The staff were very welcoming and brought a bowl of water for our dog. You find a table and then go up to the counter to order with your table number. It was quite busy, so there was a bit of a wait. The menu is different and interesting. We had a bun free chickpea burger and a prawn, tomato and chives risotto plus a pot of tea each. The food was delicious and arrived very quickly even though they were very busy. Anyone coming by car needs to watch out for the speed bumps on the access road, as they are quite severe, but they do keep the speed down!

Nice cafe at a lovely farm shop with an excellent butchery. It's roomy. Good coffee. Popular place. Cakes looked good but we didn't try them.

Popped in for a coffee and stayed for lunch. Hubby had Chicken ceasar salad and I had pea courgette and mint soup. Great coffee best flat white Ive had for a while and lunch was lovely. Will definitely visit again

I would give this a 3.5 if possible as it was better than average but not quite very good. We had breakfast which on the whole was nice but the muffin wasn’t toasted for the eggs Benedict and the full English wasn’t quite as hot as it could have been which tells me that as they get busy they pre-cook and keep food warm. Would go again though.

Having normally been satisfied today was a disappointment we had 2 bacon sandwiches with fried eggs in them, unfortunately the bacon and the eggs were all very overcooked which spoilt the experience.

Lovely breakfast. Also took home Lime/Elderflower and lemon drizzle cakes. They were spot on and will be back for more

Been here a few times and is ideal for coffee as well as shopping in the farm shop. Does get busy at the weekend and does breakfast lunch and Sunday lunch. Service is quick with pre order at the counter.

Ive been here before but just for drinks, today we decided to eat here. Breakfast is served until 12, we arrived about 11.30. Had looked at menu on website so no surprises regarding the price which was on the expensive side of what we would normally pay. One large breakfast which included tea and one small where tea was an extra - to be honest this was probably as dear as the large, but I'm not sure I could have eaten more. Sausage was declared delicious, eggs freshly and nicely cooked. My bacon was on the dry side - given the speed of service it had probably ly been kept warm. Toast was from a nice loaf. Youngest member if the family had coffee and a huge piece of cake, half of which we brought home. Service was very prompt, efficient and very friendly. Toilets were clean. On the whole no surprises as we would expect for the price paid.

Had a lovely Sunday lunch , fresh veg ,hot and beef very tasty, gravy very nice. Good value for money. Staff very friendly

I visited today to meet a friend for our annual Christmas Afternoon Tea. It was absolutely fabulous. Gorgeous food, attentive staff (especially Jenny), nothing was too much trouble. We felt very spoilt. Highly recommended.

Come here often it's a lovely place to come either just to eat or browse the farm shop, or pick your own fruit, the food in rebekahs is always good, the staff friendly, prices fair. It is well worth a visit

Had full english and was not disappointed by anything. Produce was all top quality, all cooked perfectly and service was fantastic especially as it was mid Covid times. Definitely recommend this location for breakfast and will definitely be visiting again.

Always enjoy coming here, the staff were professional upon admittance and taking to your table, excellent to see the staff cleaning tables and chairs after use. The food is excellent and drinks too. The portions are quite generous, well worth a visit

Went on an Saturday morning for breakfast and loved it. The food was delicious and served very quickly. All staff were wearing masks when bringing food out and the restaurant is laid out really well in terms of social distancing. Plenty of space between tables.

Originally went to kill time and have some breakfast. Breakfast was superb, good quality produce that was incredibly tasty. Service was fast and attentive. Looking round afterwards found some great quality items to purchase. Well worth a visit.

I'd had eaten in the restaurant and went to the cheese counter. Horrified, wasn't in it. The lady serving the cheese was touching the cheeses she was cutting for a customer without gloved protection of her hands or the cheese. I was simply appalled and had time allowed I would have reported her to the management. I did consider with my friend reporting to the local health and safety department. She seemed unrepentant about this lack of covering, but I did notice the customer did finally ask why her hands weren't covered with plastic gloves and she reluctantly put the gloves on to cut some cheese. Too little too late.

Had a lovely pulled pork panini here, whilst visiting with a friend. Lots of choice on the menu and the homemade cakes looked delicious! Will return to sample them. Lovely surroundings and a nice shop to look round.

Until recently the butchers was great quality. I don’t know if it has changed ownership but the quality has dropped dramatically. Have purchased two beef joints recently and both have been peices held together with string with rubbish hidden in the middle. Will not be returning

2 adults and 2 children costs £8 entry fee to get in and pick strawberries I soon got the hell out of there. You do get your entry fee knocked off the price whatever you pick so I would have to pick £8 worth of strawberries to break even.I travelled 20 miles to this PYO and would never ever pay an entry fee so we soon got out of here.

when i went to go to the shop I got a bag of frozen strawberries that had a hole in the corner of the bag that i didnt see and a couple of strawberries fell out. even though it wasn't my fault I moved it to one side so no one trampled on them and was going to pick it up after i got everything else out of my hand,when one of the staff rudely told me to pick it up. I told her that i was and she kept saying to pick it up.after that I went to pay and then I told the person at the till what had happened and the rude staff came up and said that I purposely kicked the strawberries. I was not expecting this from this company because I have been visiting for 6 years and have had no complaints.I am very disappointed.

We visit the farm shop on regular basis for fruits, meat and cheese. For 5 years we have been visiting and taking visitors to pick strawberries and other fruits and veg every summer. Sadly this year when we went we were asked quite rudely not to sample any strawberries that we have picked before purchasing. We had friends from overseas who we took to pick strawberries as a day out. We were quite embarrassed by the way we were approached. The website clearly stated that sampling is allowed as long as this is not abused. The management decided to change the policy and quite rudely spoke to us and told us not to eat any picked strawberries. There are hundred of strawberries fallen off and trodden on. The ready picked strawberries cost 10p more than the PYO strawberries. So they save there labour cost by getting us to pick our own for 10p cheaper? ?? I don't think it's worth at all. We will certainly not going again to pick our own strawberries to Malt Kiln farm again
