We have been going to kings fry for years and the food is great but the fans in there are disgusting and dirty and there is an atmosphere in there is strange. The young fryer is not very happy they seem to be having family arguments all the time. The cloths they are wearing are dirty and should be changed everyday. If the food hygiene people saw this they would get closed down. Never going there again.

Overpriced, Tasted awful . Sub standard food . Made too quickly. Couldn’t eat it , £9.50 for a panini 😮 would not go there again.

Booked this restaurant for a pre theatre dinner. I said this when I booked and again when I arrived. The food took 45 minutes to arrive and we had to hurry to eat it and had to leave some in order for us to get to the theatre. When it came the food was tasty but too long to wait.

As I’m a northerner Harry Ramsdens is very close to my heart,so when I visited the one in Swindon I was a little apprehensive about what they would serve up. It was all superb, and the staff were so friendly as well. Definitely worth a visit.

Bought a "too good to go" advertised as £9 worth of food for £3. Didn't expect amazing quality, but got a scoop of chips and a single sausage. If that is worth £9, then I recommend going elsewhere because it's really not worth it... unless you like salt, there was probably more salt than actual chips.

The idea of outdoor dinning under canvass in what is still, a relatively uncertain time, is a blessing, and this open space is super! Part of the genius idea by Breaking Bread events company, we see a couple of really strong 'pop up' restaurants from Bristol's well loved Pony & Trap, Bianchis, Team Love, The Love Inn & Pipe & Slippers. As this is the last month for this excellent pop up, only HomeGrown and Pipe & Lovers remain, & for a per-Theatre treat, it was a good meal. Service is OK, very friendly, if a little slow. The menu is tight, but OK, with your standard, Burger & Chips, Fish & Chips, a veggi Burger, Curry and Sausage & Mash, nothing outstanding, but nothing bad, and it's clear all ingredients are of quality, & I imagine locally sourced. For a Pre Theatre dinner, this was a good option, good to experience, friendly staff and if on a warmer, sunnier day, I imagine, very popular. Well done on creating yet another brilliant Bristol Foodie destination.

Sorry Grace Dent your taste buds must be contaminated with all that Posh food! After seeing your programme about Greggs Sausage rolls we tried our first one today. Horrible……insipid sausage and greasy aftertaste. At £1.20 a rip off. Trouble is people are so used to fast food, they think it’s good! Had to have an apple to cleanse our pallets😩😡

Bought a selection of fudges. Not much difference in flavour apart from the lemon meringue and all were very gritty. Wouldn't purchase again.

We visited the Flavel for the screening of King Lear direct from London. This was superb but the cafe wasn't open when we turned up and we couldn't even get a cup of coffee during the twenty minute break as only alcoholic drinks or two soft drinks were available at the bar. It didn't spoil our evening but we needed the caffiene at the time and couldn't get it
