The bar and restaurant are not available. They are piled high with junk. Nothing available on premises.

Arrived in the dead of night after a day of hell. Lovely welcome, helped with a lot of info about directions etc for the following day. Thanks again x

Stumbled across this place and is now my favourite place!!!!! The place bought a smile to my face as soon as I walked in! Yes it's old in every sense of the word but it bought back memories of going to such places as a kid with my parents. Wish there were more places like this and less of the pretentious ones that pretend to be something they are not. Home cooked food by the lovely landlady and amusing banter with the landlord. Wish it was closer to become my local!!!!!

Ok if you like microwave ping food. Pub has ample parking and is in a good location in the beautiful village of Cheddar. Staff were friendly pub looked clean however food was really poor. Some items were not available which I know can't be helped, what we did have was awful and sadly would not return for food. Sad really as its in a perfect spot.

Awful ! Overpriced ... poor service ! No meals except pastries .... a sausage roll was £6.95 ! I know it's a National Trust and we are members I agree they do a great deal of good. However, with such a prime seaside spot .... loads of families on the beach ...they should offer normal seaside food and priced! We had a coffee and a slice of cake and it came to £20 for 2 of us. Families are struggling at the moment. I can't understand why they don't offer traditional seaside food like a bag of chips, ice creams, lollies, milk shakes etc. They have a prime spot with a captive audience as its the only cafe at Brean down. Felt very dissapointed it could be so much improved !.... prices are Ridiculous !!!!! Service is bad you order then go to another partcto collect , no please or thank you ! I think they love dogs more than people !
