The best restaurants serving British food in Nadder and East Knoyle Wiltshire South West

Yet another superb meal.Today was Xmas lunch.Very generous portions superbly cooked and well presented. Our favourite venue by far.Thanks once again.

This was our 2nd visit, and a wonderful one. Roast beef was amazing , the kids roast pork and crackling was superb. The staff were really great, the bar very well stocked ,roaring fire ,dog friendly probably the best pub I've been to, and the wife agrees.

Dirty poor service and children serving food to tables. Food undercooked, restaurant filthy, would not go there again

I rarely write reviews but food was so terrible I wouldnt want anyone else to waste their money. There was no harissa flavour on the harissa sweet potato salad. The sweet potatoes were so undercooked they were crunchy. The salmon was overcooked and chewy. The wrap my OH had wasn't warm and was yucky and he had about 5 chips on his plate. We fed back at the time as well. Will never go back. Can't believe how busy it was in there, I would never be a repeat customer, overpriced and appalling food.

A great cafe and friendly staff with a fenced off dog exercising area. Also had new, very clean toilets. Nice little stop off point.

Stood waiting for my order for 20 minutes only to be told that they hadn't started my order because the batter was no good. Appalling service.
