We stopped for Fish and Chips in Barney at the Fisheries, the fish was absolutely beautiful, but the chips should not have been served, they were certainly not fresh they all went in the bin

We hired a private dining room for our Christmas Day lunch. It could not have been better. Pure indulgence of the highest quality. We had pre lunch drinks served in an adjoining private lounge, a meal that was absolutely delicious and served with the utmost care and professionalism accompanied by outstanding wine and champagne 🥂. The staff had decorated our room with a beautiful tree and laid crackers for all eight of us. The Manor House, both surroundings and atmosphere, are stunning and we utterly recomnend visiting, eating, or staying there. You won't forget it's charm and beauty.

Had Sunday lunch for 4. Excellent choice of roasts served on warm plates by friendly staff. Good value.

Went for a lovely lunch with my friend for my birthday, and got served by the lovely Stuart, who gave fantastic service! The food was also 10/10! Would recommend!

Excellent food & Excellent service - highly recommend

Warm, cosy and inviting pub. The food was excellent- we had the broccoli cheddar soup and the spicy chicken burger. The service was attentive and welcoming. I would highly recommend this pub. We really enjoyed our time there.
