We had a fabulous dining experience here during our stay in Broadstairs. The staff were welcoming and explained the concept and menu well. We shared 6 small plates between us, each one absolutely bursting with flavour. The dishes are served as they are prepared, not all together, giving you the opportunity to enjoy the flavours of each dish separately. The quality of each dish was obvious and I was blown away with the flavours I experienced. If we ever return to Broadstairs I would insist on coming back to Twenty Seven Harbour Street and would certainly be a regular if they were based in London.

I booked afternoon tea as a lunch a few weeks prior to visiting with a few dietary requirements. Karen and her team could not have been more accommodating. When we arrived (13 of us), the tables had been moved so we could all sit together, and the table looked elegant and inviting. The food was delicious and plentiful, all fresh with a varied selection. The cakes, scones, and tiny banoffee pie were delicious, we could barely move when we left, we were so full! I highly recommend Bessie's Tea Parlour, the staff are lovely and attentive, and my guests from both here and overseas were thoroughly impressed.

Popped in on feb 13th with our small dog..There was large selection of food on the menu. Prices were very reasonable and service was excellent. Staff really friendly and helpful. Food was cooked lovely and was piping hot.. (some classic tunes playing in the background) not to loud as to spoil our meal. Would definitely recommend for breakfast 5 out of 5 I will definitely pop in on our next visit Broadstairs.

Great choice and perfectly cooked. With a view out to sea it's a perfect location. Saved the hassle of finding places to eat in town too, Would recommend eating in!

Delicious full English breakfast and poached egg and Avocado on toast, good portions and great value for money. Friendly and helpful service throughout. Also cater for gluten free, vegan and vegetarian on their menu. Would definitely recommend for a quick and fuelling breakfast with good quality produce!

Breakfast was okay but could have been a-bit more plentiful. The place is busy and the waiter is pleasant. Theres plenty of seating inside and outside

Ordered cod was expensive for what I believe is the cheap version of cod substitute, instead of being white and thick it was grey and sparse so was very disappointed and won’t be returning unfortunately.

I came here on mother day. The place was basically fine but a little grubby. Service was very slow despite the place not being that busy. My food was fine but overpriced. I bought a lime and soda which was v expensive and there was very little lime in it, I asked for a bit more and was charged a further £1.20 for the pleasure. The scenery from the garden was lovely but overall is was overpriced and underwhelming.
