Great food, with layed back atmosphere

With 5 stars it really has to be sublime but this "pub" is worth a big 4.5 stars! The menu is diverse and I had a delicious meal there. The friendly staff makes an extra contribution. A real recommendation if you are in the area, such as at the Best Western hotel there. They could learn a thing or two.

La habitación estaba bien y el personal está bien, pero la comida es terrible para el precio, muy mala selección para elegir y no la mejor comida cuando se entrega. £ 15 . 95 por 6 pequeños trozos de pollo en una niñera de goma con un poco de lechuga.

Do NOT eat here unless you are ok with waiting over an hour for your food.... I asked for a refund and left, starving, after 1 hour and 5 minutes waiting. They refunded with no apology.

Vine aquí con la familia, reserva de grupo para 10 . Cena a servir a las 8. Fuimos a la sala principal a las 7. 30 y no se nos dio bebida gratuita (como se prometió en la descripción de la comida de Navidad). Preguntó a 2 personas que dijeron que lo investigarían. Finalmente acorralado el gerente que dijo, tomamos bebidas para todos los que estaban en la habitación en ese momento y... ¡Entonces se fue! Absolutamente impactante, repugnante comportamiento de un supuesto gerente. Nunca vendrá aquí de nuevo. No es así como manejas un negocio. Y la comida estaba seca y de mal gusto. No prometas una bebida gratis si no te vas a asegurar de que todos la tomen.
