Brilliant find! Simone very welcoming and looked after us so well. The food is great with lots of choice and a different twist on the ploughman’s - delicious carved ham you will have to go to try it! Passion fruit cheesecake a must too and all reasonably priced. The decor and seating areas really nice and a friendly atmosphere where clearly locals visit frequently but new guests made welcome. Dog friendly pub and our Labrador keen to return as treats for them too! Thank you Simone We will be back!

A fabulous tailor made afternoon. Everything was delicious and the service quietly attentive. Excellent value for money. Thoroughly recommended.

Nice little pub, had one of their sandwiches which was very good as was the dessert. Friendly staff, what more would you want. Car park is small but there is space in the church car park next door.

The White Hart is our regular go-to local pub, whether for a drink in the sunshine in the garden, dinner or a take away. It’s always a very pleasant trip, very dog friendly, and the staff are always super friendly (shout out to Danny!).

A lovely venue in Bessels Green but unfortunately when our group came to order quite a few of the main dishes were not available. It appeared to be a very busy night but the staff were very friendly.

Harveys please sort out the Bricklayers and get ot back to what it used to be. Friday nights used to be buzzing, on this visit it was dire with just a loud boozy bunch of middle aged men blocking the bar and the rest of the pub not surprisingly empty. The interior which doesnt get much natural light is now really dingy after being painted entire!y in a very dark bottle green, almost black, with miserable lighting. Please Harveys sort it out, lighten up the interior with some pale light decor and update the lighting to create some atmosphere! A gentleman offered us his window seat saying if you sit here you'll be able to see your food!
