The best restaurants serving British food in Wolverton Milton Keynes South East

Lovely spot! Extra dog friendly, great range of gluten free and vegan options. I had a bree and chutney toastie to go which was devine. Really good prices. Everyone was so friendly I didn't want to leave, 100% will br going back next time we're in the area!

Very poor, had starter and waited over 30mins for the main course, ( had to ask for it and then it arrived instantly) Christmas dinner was two pieces of turkey (which was cold) one half slice of a carrot ( which was rock hard and cold) one half slice of a parsnip ( again cold and hard ) four halves of roast potatoes, good news here, they were hot and ok, four Brussels sprouts, again hard but they were warm (at least not cold) and that was it ! £32 per head ! Poor service, poor food. Won’t be going there again

Great traditional Fish & Chip shop for take away. No seating. Parking is residential and can be challenging.

Amazing 3 course meal for Fathers day and excellent value. Massive portions and great choice. Only slight criticism was the music kept cutting out, so effected the ambience.

So Christmas Day dinner . I went with my husband and daughter for Christmas Day dinner . Got the email asking us to pay in advance which I was more than happy to do £162 for the three of us . We got to order our food in advance so we knew exactly what to look forward to . Turned up for our slot between 2pm and 4 pm to find out table wasn’t ready , 20 minutes later and we were finally seated . Within 5 minutes of sitting down our starter arrived which had no taste whatsoever . The only flavour came from the cranberry sauce . After eating that our plates sat on the table for the entire time we were there thankfully we had a large table for the 3 of us . We then had to go and ask someone what we had to do for the main as no one explained anything to us . The staff were rushing about everywhere , no where near enough staff to cover the amount of people booked . One member of staff behind the bar so the queues were long just to get a drink . Finally after our main meal we sat for 45 minutes waiting for our dessert . I spoke to the same member of staff twice asking where our desserts were only to be told they would see to it . This didn’t happen and after an hour of waiting for dessert we left totally disappointed with the whole experience. If I’m going pay £162 to eat out on Christmas Day I atleast expect to get what I paid for . Totally disgusted with the whole thing which ruined my Christmas Day experience with my family . Needless to say I will never be booking a meal there again .
