Excellent place with air conditioning, friendly table service and live sports on tv. Open for pre-booked Sunday lunch.

For a typical local GreenKing pub the meal we have just had truly merits the five stars. The service was prompt and friendly. The food including a roast dinner was excellent. Especially good is the gammon steak which is always melt in the mouth juicy and tender.

First visit but won't be the last, good service, great atmosphere and excellent food.

Absolutely outstanding! Easily the best place around. Food is 10/10. We won’t be going anywhere else from now on. Staff are lovely and welcoming. Highly recommended

As usual, the staff were lovely, as was the coffee. Unfortunately though, the shop is in desperate need of a fly zapper! As every time I’ve visited lately there have been so many flies! I really enjoy going to the shop, but lately all the flies have made me think twice, which is such a shame.

With empty tables and a waiting list of over 40 minutes...we weren't interested in waiting and went elsewhere

Dog friendly hotel. Lovely staff. Reception is not manned until 3 pm. The food is very good. The best poached eggs with breakfast I've had for some time. The room was clean. I would definitely stay again.

Today was there second time , tried burgers . And was pleasantly surprised 😍 burger was amazing ! Thanks chef !👨‍🍳Good choice of beer 🍺. Recommend this pub to everyone. Will definitely come back again.
