The best restaurants serving British food in St Margaret's-at-Cliffe Dover South East

Really lovely place . Popped in for a snack following a walk from Deal. The staff are lovely and friendly and make you feel welcome. The food was also great . Excellent place to stop.

Pleasant tea room and a welcome stop on the cliff walk. Vintage theme was quite atmospheric. We enjoyed the experience but do check the times as it's a long walk if closed.

Friendly and happy to seat us an hour early as we were on french time according g to our phones!

Fui a visitar a mi familia y yo fuimos al otro lado de la Red Lion, diría que es uno de los mejores pubs de St Margarets el personal es muy amable y acogedor. El precio es muy asequible y el ambiente era increíble. No podía pedir más. Sin duda volveremos de nuevo.

Lovely family meal, everything set up for 12 people, service was great, food was lovely. It was an early Easter Sunday meal at 12.15pm, all food was lovely and served hot and delicious. Will definitely be returning.

Me and one of my family members was excited to go for a Sunday roast we had a table for half five but we were was an hour early but they let us in we go to look at the food for the carvery and what we saw DISGUSTED us what was left of the meat was dry and on UNAPPETISING roast potatoes that were titled as the best but at a HIGH DISAPPOINT they were not they looked weeks old even months they had cremated themselves if i throw one it could knock someone out and the rest of the food overall was REVOLTING in fact I wouldn’t have fed it to my dog I felt SICK to my stomach we had to do a runner to KFC down the road.

Very chilled atmosphere and the staff were welcome and friendly the food was delicious and well presented and also very dog friendly. Would go here again
