The best restaurants serving British food in Southgate Crawley South East

I had the makhani curry and it was watery and the quality of the chicken was poor and I think they needed to get the scales checked out as my wife's 10oz gammon was nowhere near the 10oz on the menu and I am a butcher who deals with weights all day, the food did arrive promptly but wished we had gone elsewhere but we have eaten at premier inns in Manchester,Leeds,Newcastle,Edinburgh and another in London and never had a problem.

Lovely food amazing staff cozy for a winters evening all round great experience. Went in on a Friday and Hannah was so welcoming. Anne and tilly where great and the food nay made was amazing. Defo one of my favourite pubs in crawley

Ordered my Friday night Fish and Chips but all I received was CHIPS. Absolute joke, an apology and refund, would not deliver COD!!! How can you miss the MAIN part of the meal???
