The best restaurants serving British food in Blackwall and Cubitt Town Tower Hamlets London

The name marks this restaurant out from the ordinary run of Italians, pointing rather to the raw materials of a cuisine that is well designed and executed. So it is on the menu too, and there is an attractive map of the provenance of ingredients from around the UK. There are also fun cocktails, and a well chosen wine list. Service is cheerful and attentive - this was on a less than busy evening.

We ordered delivery and it was terrible. Out of 5 bagels, we received only 3! The salt beef is actually spicy beef. Why? Nobody does it like this! You can do things your own way, but please write it in the description! We don't eat spicy, se we ended up with only one edible bagel!

Mark and Shirley provided excellent service and went the extra mile to make my stay memorable.

Tenía grandes expectativas de este pub basado en su publicidad. Pero de inmediato fue evidente que este es un pub fallido. A pesar de su supuesta riqueza de experiencia de gestión en el comercio, no pudieron tener uno de sus barriles disponibles. No es de extrañar que solo había un cliente en el lugar a la hora del almuerzo. Acabamos de dar la vuelta a esa noticia y caminamos hasta Greenwicn, donde hay un montón de pubs capaces de servir buena cerveza.

Visited this cafe a few times whilst working in Crossharbour. The food is always a pretty decent standard and the coffees are nice. The prices seem to be creeping up quite a lot, but the cafe is always busy and sometimes it’s a struggle for a table, so good luck to them

Beautiful place - let me use toilet but then stayed for a drink. Worth the stop has tv and darts and pool. What else you need. Nice staff also - thanks

(4 adults 2 kids)Never have sunday roast again, roast potatoes awful frozen ones used, carrots and parsnips, what we got where hard, cabbage what little we go was watery, mash was digusting tasted like packet mash, more peas than any other veg, so called Turkey and Beef was not fresh, could not really tell the difference, yourkshire puddings and gravy was the only thing the kids ate.

We had the set lunch on a Thursday, they do both 2 course & 3 course set luncheon. Really lovely pheasant stew, great sticky toffee pudding, service is just perfect and the interior is very warm, welcoming, I would say its the best pub on the penisula by far - and I have been working here for 7 years and have probably visited every pub in the Isle of dogs.
