Gran relación calidad-precio... en Picadilly! Estaba trabajando cerca y quería un café y no esperaba encontrar lo que parecía un café de la vieja escuela encantadora en el corazón de Picadilly. Terminó consiguiendo un rollo de aguacate y hullumi (£ 4 ) y americano con leche de avena por £ 6 . 90. . . gran variedad de sándwiches y ensaladas. Gran servicio. Muy impresionante 👏

El personal de la tienda de delicatessen - Akhil y Amjad - era genial ( educado y alegre ) ya que entramos en el hotel después de que el restaurante había cerrado. Tomaron nuestras órdenes y nos sirvieron rápidamente, con sonrisas. Una experiencia agradable para nosotros, ya que estábamos cansados. Las sonrisas son tan bienvenidas al final de un día ocupado

We had a great Sunday brunch here The restaurant was full with a great atmosphere, but still felt refined and not “busy”. You could have a conversation without needing to shout which is never a given in London restaurants. Food was good and arrived quickly. There is a good variety on the menu and everything we had was done well. We thought the portions were generous and overall the menu offered really good value. Staff were a highlight - the host/maître d’ was really welcoming and friendly whilst being discreetly in control of all the details and all the waiting staff who dealt with our table were excellent. Highly recommend

Una mia amica ed io eravamo entrate con la falsa speranza (alimentata dal cartello esposto fuori dal locale) di poter finalmente gustare una deliziosa english breakfast salata. Ma appena entrate la commessa in modo pigro ci ha detto che non ce l'avrebbe servita. Ebbene, la nostra intenzione era quella di andarcene. Sfortunatamente eravamo mokto affamate così siamo rimaste. Nonostante il brutto inizio ho potuto gustare il miglior cappuccino e un delizioso croissant alle mandorle che a volte sogno ancora adesso. Nel complesso valuto positivamente il locale ma solamente per il croissant, di sicuro non per la gentilezza.

Desayunamos ya que estábamos alojados en el Cumberland. Bastante buena selección de artículos considerando que es Europa (no se puede comparar con ciudades del este de Asia). De alguna manera, la persona que hacía las tortillas nos estaba sirviendo una porción más pequeña: una especie de cuchara para medir el huevo líquido, usaba la mitad de la medida para nosotros, pero se la daba a los demás. Esto sucedió los tres días que desayunamos allí, así que no puede ser una coincidencia.

Habíamos reservado la gira de ballet y el té de la tarde como un placer. Decir que estábamos abrumados por el té de la tarde es una gran eufemismo. No esperes un puesto de té escalonado por la tarde o una elección de bebida. Estaba en la terraza y los sándwiches de 4 dedos estaban bajo película adhesiva, los dos pasteles y un bollo estaban en otro plato descubierto. Una olla de té de desayuno inglés acaba de ponerse en la mesa. Ninguna descripción de lo que eran los sándwiches o los dos pasteles, ninguna pregunta sobre alergias o intolerancia. Sentí que estábamos en una cinta transportadora, no había finura en el té de la tarde. Una gran decepción, especialmente cuando está en un lugar tan prestigioso. Nuestra guía Freya, para la gira de ballet fue absolutamente fantástico, su amor por el ballet brilló e hizo la gira inolvidable. Ella respondió a las preguntas felizmente y realmente me hizo querer ver un ballet.

A bit grubby and some staff rude☹️ We came to London for our 25th Anniversary, we were travelling down from the North during the night and arriving Monday morning. We purposefully booked and paid for the Sunday night as well so that we could come straight off the coach on Monday, have breakfast, and go to bed for a few hours before seeing the sights. I had spent a few months emailing the team to ensure our room was ready and it was not given away (there policy is to give the room away if you don't show up by 5am). During several emails, I was reassured that all I had to do was call the hotel the day before and check in over the phone, which I did. I spoke with a girl (you know who you are and so does your manager) who was very rude, all she kept saying is 'I can't help you and I can not keep your room, I do not have time to help you I have other people waiting'. I then tried to explain that I had been emailing and have written proof that I was able to call ahead and check in and that there were notes on the system. It wasn't until I said this that she said she would ask her manager but kept insisting that she couldn't help and could not confirm. To be honest, I was really worried about travelling to London anyway because we are not used to city life, we are from the rural North. This one conversation alone tipped me over the edge, and already my trip to London had started on a sour note 😔 To gain reassurance, I contacted Premier Inn again via email like I had done previously, and the lovely manager Maria apologised for the inconvenience and confirmed we were checked in and the room would be ready on our arrival the next morning. On arrival, no one knew about it, and we had to wait half an hour at reception for someone to sort everything out 😒 Rooms were dated with mould in the shower, I've stayed in much better Premier Inns previously, much cleaner, and much more professional. We had breakfast on arrival, which was freezing cold. However, we did eat in the restaurant on the night, which was quite nice. The girl who served us never smiled until the end though when she realised we had left her a decent tip, we didn't get great service but I feel sorry for anyone who has to pay big city cost of living prices on minimum wage. Would I stay there again, no! The only reason I have given an average review as opposed to a poor review was because of the new starter who was working Monday morning (he didn't have a name badge and said he had only been there a few day-he was great) and Maria who provided reassurance. Plus, it was close to Victoria Station, I'm a little disheartened because my history with Premier Inn has been very positive. It's such a shame 😞

Good location, large pub, good service, beautiful interior, clean. This pub does not serve Peroni beer on draft. I have discovered beer 1536 which was rather good.

What a great, proper, local pub in the heart of the West End. Independent brewery, reasonably priced, high-spirited clientele, super-friendly and cheerful staff. I WILL be back….

Delicioso gluten: té vegetariano gratuito por la tarde con champán en la calle Ermin's Tea Lounge, personal atento y un ambiente encantador y cómodo. Un verdadero placer para un celiaco (es decir, alguien que tiene que seguir una dieta estricta de gluten - libre) . Gracias por cuidarnos tan bien.
