I used to really enjoy coming here it always felt special... However whilst the food is still passable - it is now served on a small plate that wobbles and bangs in the table unless you cut your food in the exact centre of the plate and with cutlery made for a child - not up to cutting through sour dough toast! I very politely suggested on a previous visit that changing the plate for a larger more stable one would be a much nicer experience...it has gone from feeling special to feeling cheap....

A very nice place to rest your heavy shopping. Amongst the ladies designer clothes, it's bound to be expensive and it was.

Outstanding customer service and a beautiful restaurant; I ordered a salad. Instead, I got a bowl of old overripe tomatoes, cucumbers and radish that was translucent from being over-chilled out. They looked and tasted old, and the lettuce was old and brown; And then there was the avocado-brown and mushy, followed by the salad dressing which was made with cheap oil, the left and aftertaste behind on the palate, it was missing the vignette flavors. My added chicken made matters worse; nothing worse than seeing the white coagulated still sitting on the chicken! The chicken was so dried out and flavorless. When one sees white coagulated protein still on a cooked chicken not appetizing, which can sometimes indicate that the chicken was cooked while frozen! It was my first time in the restaurant, and I was starving from my morning run; it wasn't and experience but rather a disappointment for such a lovely store.

Such a delight to have a lovely meal in elegant and clean surroundings. Waiters were excellent. Had a glass of wine and a delicious chopped salad with prawns. It’s a little gem of a cafe/restaurant

Went to Fenwicks yesterday for afternoon tea which I had been to some years ago. Excellent value and a lovely place to visit, a hidden gem to be honest. Would give it five stars but if I had one complaint it would have been nicer if there was more sandwiches and one less scone each. We left feeling a little too full of sugar. Still lovely and will go back again.

I very rarely leave a review , but the lunch I was served today was very unpleasant. I ordered a salad of roasted squash , pickled walnuts and blue cheese . I was served a plate of cold mashed squash flavoured with vinegar , 1 sliced picked walnut , finely grated cheese with a handful of wilted rocket on the top . I complained , but the waiter didn’t apologise and was very unhelpful . There was no apology and I still had to pay the full bill . I will not be returning to this restaurant .

We went to Fenwicks yesterday, myself, my daughter and two children and her daughters boyfriend. We had a lovely afternoon tea and the staff were good enough to change a sandwich filling for us. All of the food was lovely and fresh and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a very relaxed environment and we will definitely be going back again next time we are in London.

As other people have said, this restaurant is a quiet oasis in the middle of busy New Bond Street. I ordered a perfectly prepared prawn salad, which I enjoyed and can recommend.

Lovely little cafe with a large men. The staff were very friendly and was a very relaxing and comfortable place to have brunch. They had lots of gluten free/ coeliac options available and were also able to adapt particular things within the menu to meet your dietary requirements. As a coeliac i had eggs Benedict with avocado on gluten free bread. Other people in the group had full english breakfasts and enjoyed them.

As if Fenwick's wasn't perfect enough, they have only added one of the most comfortable, friendly and relaxing restaurants on the 2nd floor. Friendly, welcoming staff attend to your every need. Spotlessly clean. Food delicious with a good choice, and a fine array of cakes, desserts & scones. A restaurant perfectly suited to Fenwick's and their clientele. Loved it and will certainly be back.

You can choose between a two- or three-course lunch menu. Options include salad, soup, vegetarian and standard options including desserts. The service is friendly, the food fresh, tasty and well presented. Plus the noise level is such that a normal conversation is perfectly possible, an increasingly rare occurence these days.

The main restaurant at Fenwick's in Bond Street seems to have undergone several changes of management in recent years. It is a pleasant space and, one would think, ideal for ladies who lunch, and West End business people. The welcome was charming; all the staff ( and there seemed to be quite a lot of them) polite and smiling. BUT, the menu consisted of very few dishes, and not all of those were available. To say that they could not provide chips, as " yesterday was a bank holiday and we don't have fresh potatoes" seemed somewhat bizarre. Our bread was a couple of toasted slices from a sliced loaf. Again, nothing fresh. The dishes which we did have were lovely to look at and tasted very good. Two of the three were also vanishingly small. The side dish of tomatoes was considerably larger than the "main" course of burrata. It really was not at all clear from the menu quite what this restaurant was aiming at. We were still hungry after our delicate savoury course so ordered cake and scones. We waited a long time for these to arrive. ( The restaurant had only a handful of customers. ) We had to remind the staff and then they finally appeared. Exactly the same happened with the bill. Again we waited a long time and had to ask again. It really seemed as if there was no overall management in the room. Not sure quite what Fenwick's is aiming for, but it cannot be this.

Great food, omelette and granola dishes was delicious. Waiter was friendly and polite. They served some Smarties upon presenting the bill, which is a nice touch. Great place to have brunch in busy Bond Street to escape queues and crowds. Will visit many more times.

¡Refrescantemente perfecto!
