Premier Inn in City of London, Westminster

Excellent location close to Victoria train and underground stations. The room was clean and though basic, it catered for all our needs. The bed was particularly comfortable.

Very handy for Victoria and access to transport networks. Friendly staff member (I only saw one), decor tired, room curtains partially hanging off the rail and shower hose leaking. Not what I was expecting from this brand!

I used the meal deal for 3 consecutive days and had a variety of meals, all good. Even managed to book a table for 20 for Saturday evening to allow our committee to eat together

Las habitaciones son la mitad del tamaño de cualquier otra posada principal y no tiene bañera, la ducha está bien. Está bastante limpio, pero el limpiador no repone adecuadamente las toallas o el té. La máquina de registro no emitió correctamente nuestras tarjetas (no funcionaron), así que tuvimos que ver a la recepcionista que repetidamente trató de vender extras que ya habíamos rechazado dos veces y luego nos molestó que no los quisiéramos ( ¿Estaba ella a comisión?). Las ventanas no se abren y aún más arriba la vista es sombría. Es un poco peor que la mayoría de las posadas de primer nivel, que tienen un bajo presupuesto pero generalmente están bien.

Premier Inn nunca falla. Me he alojado en hoteles más caros, algunos con puntos notables. Ninguno ofrece el estándar en todos los hoteles Premier Inn. El personal está bien entrenado. Cuando entras, te encuentras con la misma buena actitud que dejaste al final. Me alojé en Edimburgo hace 2 semanas y Londres anoche. Camas cómodas, excelente desayuno. Servicio amigable. Hace que cualquier viaje sea una alegría.

Elegimos este hotel porque está cerca de Hamilton y Wicked. !Una habitación doble no significa igualdad en términos de espacio de la cama. Una king size y una individual! !Sin embargo, ambos nos dieron excelentes noches de sueño en las camas cómodas! ! !El personal era encantador! El desayuno es típico de primera clase.El baño era un poco pequeño.

Decidimos comer la misma noche que comenzó un nuevo chef. Los entrantes fueron sobre la mejor parte de la comida. El resto de la comida fue cuesta abajo. La pobre señora que supervisa el restaurante necesita una medalla, pero la comida será la última vez que cenemos allí.

Nos íbamos a ver en el Teatro Hamilton London Palace. Queríamos un lugar cerca que estaba limpio y a un precio razonable. Originalmente habíamos visto en el Premier Inn Euston, pero parecía un poco descuidado. Decidí y era muy, muy contentos con la habitación. Llegamos en la noche, y me preocupaba que la habitación estaría caliente. Yo debería haber preocupado en absoluto. El aire acondicionado era fantástico, y nos refrescaba inmediatamente. Durante la noche, tuvimos que apagarlo fue maravilloso. La habitación estaba impecable. Camas muy cómodas, dormimos de maravilla. No comimos en el hotel, pero no aprovechar el bar tarde noche de apertura - cerrado a las 01:00 horas. Un salto hacia abajo y tenía una copa de vino. Excelente precio para un vaso grande de vino. El personal era muy amable de preguntar si necesitas algo de anillo. El bar estaba limpia y era moderna. No comer la cena o el desayuno, así que no puedo comentar sobre la comida. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

Nice staff,clean room and perfect location! The only thing which was disappointing is the same choice of breakfast throughout which is not good for long stay guests.

Alojarse en el Premier Inn y obtuve el Meal Deal, que es 2 platos cena + bebida y desayuno completo. Ambos tuvimos cóctel de gambas seguido de Steak & Chips, que no era tan malo en algunas reseñas. La variedad de comida para el desayuno es amplia y de estilo buffet, lo que significa que la temperatura de la comida caliente puede variar. Por encima de todo, creo que la comida tiene un buen valor por el dinero, y como siempre, el personal trabaja duro, ¡y es servicial y alegre!

conseguimos un trato de comida con nuestra estancia y ojalá hubiéramos tenido, estaba muerto, no había ambiente y la comida era asquerosa, bistec estaba lleno de grasa y la salsa de pimienta cremosa en realidad era salsa con granos de pimienta. Dejamos la mayor parte de nuestra comida como era barata y desagradable y llena de cartílago

Potted crap starter hermoso pero todavía en las comidas principales chips congelados y muy poca alternativa no hay patatas o ensalada o postres de arroz bien estándar para el desayuno de la posada de primera clase es encantador y cocinan un huevo hervido perfecto simplemente desearían ser servidos en hueveras, no pequeños platos de ramekin

Elegimos este Premier Inn, ya que llegaban en Victoria y yendo a la Royal Albert Hall, Tate Britain y el lado oeste nos gusta caminar, pero está cerca de la estación de metro de Victoria y si necesitas transporte. Utilizamos Premier Inn regularmente y este no me decepcionó, aunque un poco más caro era su ubicación que nos después. El personal era servicial y la habitación en la planta 5ª estaba tranquilo. Tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, incluyendo la cama esperaba cómodo. El agua estaba siempre caliente, aunque los accesorios de baño eran bastante básicas.

Both breakfast and dinner were good value for London. The service was cheerful, there were mistakes made with the food but they were quickly corrected.

Had an awful time at the hotel. The manager is awful. The restaurant is awful. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The food is of poor quality and the service is a joke.

There is a good range of food on the menu and the prices are average. It was very quiet when we were there so it was easy to get a table and be served. It did lack atmosphere but possibly because it was so quiet....

Cenamos dos veces en el Restaurant de Premier Inn Victoria cuando teníamos pocas ganas para buscar de comer en los alrededores. La carta es básica pero la atención muy buena y no nos defraudó; la relación precio/producto es buena.

Menú del restaurante Thyme tenía algo para cada miembro de nuestra familia. Los adultos entre nosotros elegimos la opción .stg de 25 menú de 2 platos, además de una copa de vino y el desayuno la mañana siguiente. Buena relación calidad-precio, la comida sabrosa.

Great service . Menu is diverse and prices are mid range . In basement of the premiere inn but open to the public . Not busy. Background music quiet .

Breakfat was fantastic. Although buffet style as expected at a Premier Inn, the food was freshly prepared, looked appertising and tasted as you would want it too!

24 hour coffee bar, triple glazed windows so you never hear a plane or a neighbor, smooth clean sheets, personal room temperature control, black out curtains and extra pillows. They have a money back guarantee if you sleep poorly; I didn't. Bus shuttle to the airport is not free sadly, but nothing is in London. The check-in service is also automated with personnel standing by to assist so 10 people can be checked-in at once, no line ups. Front desk person was genuinely happy and helpful; friendly and interested in my needs. I would absolutely stay here again. I felt very refreshed to continue my journey the next day.

Walking distance to both Victoria train and coach stations. Hotel itself is well maintained, beds comfy, rooms reasonable sized. Enjoyed full breakfasts each morning well, food was hot and well prepared. Would stay again for sure.

Not as up to date as many PIs. Bed comfy and room clean but room only had one chair, TV was tiny stuck on a shelf at the side of the bed. But it's a bed for the night, however I've never experienced an onsite restaurant such as this. Whilst the food was okay, the service was shocking. I sat for 40 minutes before my order was taken, waited a further 20 minutes before my food arrived watching diners who were seated after me being served and receiving their food. After receiving the main, my plate was cleared and I asked if I could order dessert. After waiting 30 minutes, my order was only taken when the chap on the table next to me was asked for his order and he directed them to me first!!! Eat out is my suggestion. .........

The all you can eat breakfast buffet is a dream. Everything I tried was perfect, and the porridge was especially good. My personal favourite is the pain au raisin, but there is nothing that I wouldn't buy to take home if that was an option.

I had a continental breakfast which was not exciting but there was a selection of fruit etc and things such as pastries, bread and pancakes. It was perfectly adequate for the price. One evening I had a good Caesar salad for dinner, the rest of the menu was fairly standard fare such as pizza, burger etc. It saved me going out to find somewhere to eat on my own though and the staff were very friendly, service was good.

Best premier inn stayed at in London. Our room was clean, comfortable and most importantly quiet. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is well situated with just 5 min away from Victoria station making rest of London within easy reach.We ate breakfast which was very good and one evening meal which was average

It's relatively clean, affordable, the rooms are basic but bigger than most of their equivalent in the other hotels. The restaurant and the bar are nice and the quality of the food is above average.

I stayed at this Hotel as I was having a family reunion coming from all parts of UK and USA - I stayed one night and was so happy with service we received from friendly and helpful staff. One evening we had a meal with my daughter and grandsons. My 5year grandson ordered banana split - unfortunatley they had run out of bananas - They could see how upset my grandson was and even offered to go out and get some (Now tell me where else would do this) The Rooms were spotless - The HouseKeeper/Room Cleaner was helpful when I asked for more tea bags. I had arranged for my family reunion to be in the Thyme Bar - it was an excellent choice! 10/10 Thankyou

Impecable hotel para una estadia corta en London. A metros de la estación Victoria para acceder a cualquier lugar del centro de Londres o sus alrededores como Windsor por ejemplo. Tiene un restaurant muy bueno. Recomendable para familias dado tienen habitaciones triples.

Yes this was a good and pleasant stay at this premier inn which was fairly quite and as expected the staff were very pleasant and had great customer care - premier inn do seem to train their staff well.The food in their restaurant was also very nice and if reasonable price especially for the location of the hotel.Would definitely return.
