Booked here because previously really enjoyed Pollen St Social, did not realise they had moved building, ambience, atmosphere, completely different. Great French Onion soup though. Understand the old location is still theirs under a different name! Maybe try that

Crazy strict door man, he was outright lying about me to his superior, said I was yapping at him! I wasn't! He said I was too young which is obviously false, only thing I spoke up about was my willingness to show my ID, suddenly I was too drunk, also obviously false, shame on you!

By Far one of the worst experinces ever. Bad service, they forgot half the food and waited till it came in, while the rest of the food got cold, no apology. Questioned why the bill was seperated and ended up having the waiter argue, that it was we ordered. Highly recommend you save your money and have breakfast somewhere else.

Amazing tea service: nice selection of teas, a lot of food served with it, which is not only delicious but looks perfect, as well. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and special. Thank you!

The **Royal Albert Hall** is one of London's most iconic and prestigious concert venues, renowned for its stunning architecture and rich history. Located in **Kensington**, it was opened in **1871** and named in honor of **Prince Albert**, the consort of Queen Victoria, who envisioned the hall as a place for promoting the arts and culture. The hall’s design is a striking example of **Victorian architecture**, with a massive, domed roof and a seating capacity of around 5,000. The building is famous for its **elliptical shape** and **acoustic excellence**, making it a popular venue for a wide variety of events, including **classical music concerts**, **rock and pop performances**, **ballet**, **opera**, **awards ceremonies**, and even **cinema screenings**. One of the most famous events held at the Royal Albert Hall is the **BBC Proms**, an annual summer season of classical music concerts. The venue is also home to the **Royal College of Music** and has hosted numerous **world-class musicians**, **composers**, and **performers** over its long history. Beyond music, the hall is a cultural landmark and a symbol of Britain's dedication to the arts. Visitors to the Royal Albert Hall can explore its rich history through guided tours or experience its stunning acoustics and atmosphere by attending a concert. It remains one of the most visited and beloved cultural venues in London.

So good!! We hosted a party in the basement venue with 100 guests, catering, drinks, and music. Richard was so helpful throughout the booking process and on the day. Everything ran so smoothly and with no issues at all. Had such a good night which was helped by everyone here being so accommodating. Would 100% recommend!

My steak had no flavour, it hadn’t been rested, however the free flowing Prosecco was good which is included in the two hour price deal. The sticky toffee pudding was chewy, probably the worst stickie toffee I’ve ever had. You get better stickie toffee pudding at Harry Ramsdens.
