The best restaurants serving British food in Lancaster South North Norfolk East of England

Visited friday with mum, main course and sweet with drink each for 3 was £62. Greenthai prawn curry excellant, fish pie, salmon fish cakes, creme brulee and cheese cake all excellant, highly reccomended, but book early as gets busy at 12.30. Top class.

Our Groop of 4 persons were served by Grace when asked about our choices of Food Grace gave a full and welcoming discription of the whole menue she also poures our group with quire a few great pint.

Very very slow and chaotic, I waited for 40 minutes for a pasty and chips to be served to me on a stone cold plate. Numerous customers at the counter complaining about the slow service. I doubt I shall return.

Very average coffee. The staff where nice enough, but it seems strange that a place will have "bean" in the title, yet use the cheapest, basic tasting coffee beans?

My wife and I visited the store to look for a sofa. Feeling hungry, we used the restaurant. We both had salads, one ham, one prawn. We had a pot of tea & a bottle of orange. All for £21. The food was excellent, service very good. We couldn't fault the food or the restaurant.

Popped in for Sunday lunch. It was dreadful! Cold limp veg,cold roast potatoes ,the veg looked like it had been taken off someone else's plate after they had finished with it.The only good bit was the lump of beef.
