The best restaurants serving British food in Caddington Central Bedfordshire East of England

After being at Whipsnade Zoo all day we came here for dinner as a family, kids menu was great with options and they had a little park for the kids to play in before eating. We liked the atmosphere, everybody was really lovely and welcoming.

Indian restaurant in small village near junction 10 motorway. Excellent food to suit all tastes. Generous portion main meals rice portion is good for one person. Friendly attentive staff. Very reasonably priced. Will be returning often. Car park opposite but think you have to pay not sure. Check with restaurant.

Good value drinks and a warm welcome. These pubs need to survive, and will with the correct management and attitude.

Excellent Sunday roast! Large portion, great value and excellent service, super friendly pub with a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend. Garry and the team are so very welcoming. There is an also a good 1hr all trails walk nearby to burn up the appetite.

The food for my mums 75th was fantastic. ..organization's with service needs alittle attention but all in all would recommend this place for a celebration 100%

We visited this pub for a wake. It was my first visit. The Red Lion is a lovely country pub with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Two quality ales were available and appreciated. The buffet food was excellent. The experienced landlord made a point of checking that everything had been satisfactory. I am not local, but have family within reach and will try to visit again.
