Fish was dry and overcooked mushy peas were cold but everything else was okay just disappointing when you spend £35

Really nice breakfast, reasonable prices, coffee was lovely as well. Orders arrived very quickly, really good service and convenient with the app. Really liked that you could remove and add breakfast items using the app as well. Lovely vegetarian options and great that dogs are welcome too! Would definitely reccommend and will be coming back again soon 😊

Order a takeaway, the fish and chip meal is great value for money! I also spoke to a lady on the phone who was so lovely helping me with an adjustment to my order. Will definitely order from here again.

We popped in after a meal out and was pleasantly surprised. It was quiet when we arrived, but slowly built up (not in a hectic way!). Love the decor and the moody feel. Staff really nice! I couldn't decide what to drink so the barman asked what spirit I liked and fruits etc and made me a gin cocktail which was really nice! Nice chilled out vibes.

A lovely evening with friends post Christmas. Attentive and professional staff created a warm and welcoming ambience and atmosphere. Food was very good and I can honestly say that was the biggest fish I have ever seen on a plate! Homemade pie looked delicious and Thai green curry and halloumi burger also! Thank you for having us and we will see you again.

A very nice Wetherspoons, I have frequented around5 times now, with friends as a pair and alone and I have always liked it. Food it great, had a Tennessee burger yesterday and it seemed like it was presented with genuine care. The fact it has a lot of history connected to the cricket ground is an interesting point too. One side note due to the sportiness, sometimes the clientele isn't the friendliest with drunk people, it is definitely 1% of them though, it still massively reccomd
