Fantastic little gem. Prices are good and the food even better! I would recommend having the big breakfast. The staff are really friendly and nice. All the food looks delicious.

When we travel to Derby, we always have coffee at 200 degrees. As a takeaway, I purchased 500 grams of decaff coffee beans, which were ground as I enjoyed my coffee and cake. The staff are always very polite and supportive helpful.

We had my daughter in law and sons baby gender reveal on sunday here - wow!!! What can i say??? From start to finish it was a magical experience!!!! Their was 16 of us! The staff went above and beyond!! Our meals came out all at the same time and piping hot!! They kept checking on us all to make sure we had everything we needed. I think his name was Paplo ( he was french) - what an assist to the business. A huge thank you to the managed too . She was fantastic from the moment we walked in . A very special place for a special occasion. Thank you .

Usual Greggs items for purchase, quick service from the staff, I can imagine this outlet on a match day would be very busy with customers.

My family and i also with friends too have started to visit the Blue Jay more and more frequently. I have not had a bad experience, the staff have always been welcoming too. It is great for kids indoors with their inside play area, more so for toddlers than older kids.

Evie was our waitress and she couldn’t have been any better, she was an absolute sweetheart and payed great attention to our table and made sure we were all happy. Fantastic food and fantastic staff!

We went to the Blue Peter in Alvaston for our Christmas dinner it was exceptional the food was fantastic all 3 courses the tables where decorated and looked fantastic the way the tables were spaced out gave everyone room no one was on top of each other. The Staff were happy and well organised nothing was too much for them to make this experience special for everyone. I will definitely book again this year A+++
