Incredible personal warm welcome for a family celebration. This is an absolute hidden gem that needs to be recognised and given the credit it deserves. We had been for a Sicilian Sunday lunch and returned for pizza/pasta night to celebrate a significant anniversary confident that our friends and family would be blown away with the authenticity and quality of food on offer.They were not disappointed and we were as impressed with our return visit as we were our first. Sadly disappointed by our brunch here. You had to order at the till but the lady at the till had no idea what was on menu or how to operate till - leaving a long queue. I ordered smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. After 10 mins the waitress told me there was no smoked salmon. I opted for bacon instead. The eggs were really dry and overcooked and cold and the bacon greasy - expected better for £7.50. Had to order toast separately - £2.50 - it was delayed as the toaster was broken and then came smothered in butter - would have liked to butter the toast myself.

A party of 17 of us have just lunched here today (5th) and everyone enjoyed the meals. They were all generous portions, served very efficiently and they complied with any extra requests we made. Would definitely recommend it.

Thank you for such a wonderful Sunday afternoon. The whole experience was 1st class and our foreign visitors were amazed by the quality of the food. We recommend from the special the Lamb served with a mint gravy that is truly out of this world whilst not forgetting the bottle of red. 5*+

Went as a table of 6 on a Saturday evening. It was a busy evening and didn't feel there were enough staff on as they were all doing bar and table service and there were long waits between courses. They were polite, friendly and attentive. Did also find that we had to wait for cutlery after the food was delivered. The food was great to be fair and would happily go again. The only issue with the food was the price of the deserts. Am afraid £8.95 for a small slice of cheesecake was excessive. Overall a decent experience with a little room for improvement
