The best restaurants serving Brasserie food in England

Went for lunch with a friend who had been before. To be honest I was a little disappointed. The portions were quite small and the fries a little over cooked. I had pulled pork and found it somewhat dry. However, my friend enjoyed her food which just goes to show you can't please all of the people all of the time.

V friendly staff and efficient service. Fried egg and poached egg on toast. Tasty but would prefer the eggs to be on the toast rather than to the side. Nice cup of tea also. Is a bit pricey though.

Meal out with friends, wasn’t too sure what we were walking into but wow the food was amazing. Definitely will be coming back. Would have been excellent had the welcome been more friendly

Absolutely delicious. I’ve had ribs from numerous different countries and numerous brands but these are simply the best. They fell off the bone, were sticky and just all around more-ish. The chef had no wait staff to help and he ran that place like an absolute pro. Delicious food and super friendly! Absolutely a go to! :)

Ordered on line for collection. Great service and easy collection. Meatballs were delicious. Pre done with sauce and just pop in the oven, easy no prep meal. Pork meat really tender and fresh flavour.

Literalmente, la mejor envoltura que he tenido. He añadido el tocino, queso salsa barbacoa y frío y fue perfecto. El personal era amable y un emotícono mostrando un guiño.

Wow the food at Smoke is amazing and the staff so friendly. The portion sizes did not disappoint huge! One of the best american bbq places around. Dont sleep on the smoked turkey, blew me away and the pulled pork was something special. A hidden gem, a definite one to try you will not be disappointed.

We were driving our son & partner back to their hotel in Deptford & looking for late night food. We spotted this takeaway along Queens Road & decided to try it. Staff were friendly & the place looked clean. We ordered our food at the counter & they cook it in front of you. My wife has a gluten & dairy free diet but it was well catered for. We chose chicken kebabs without pitta, with salads & the food was delicious.

It was a pleasure enjoying this new cuisine, I am not a big fun of spicy food but the staff recommended me the best alternatives - The only bad thing was the cleanliness of the toilet

Brilliant Sunday roast the best on the island atmosphere is always excellent great entertainment and staff are superb nothing is too much trouble

La comida está deliciosa. Probablemente las mejores y más sabrosas hamburguesas de la ciudad. El personal siempre es amable y educado :)

If I could only ever go to one pub again, it would be the Weavers. If I could only ever have one pint again, it would be at the Weavers, if I could only ever use the toilet for one more time, I would have a wee in the Weavers. This place is a temple, a temple of culture. Many people have walked through its doors and not one has left not being a more rounded individual. Everything about this pub, from the bar positioning to the chair designs, from the beer garden to the televisions, from the dart board to the pub dog, it all screams culture. This is English culture, at its finest. We live in a good world - because we have the Weavers Arms.

Me and my colleague came here for lunch as we had an easy day, we ordered from the lunch time menu and the food was great and he didn’t mind we were in work clothes. Friendly guy also

Situado en la calle, decidimos Kinglsand para comer aquí, pasando por aquí y nos pareció que podía ser bueno. Y así fue! Kebab era increíble, los precios están bien (comparable a otros lugares en Londres). Lo recomiendo.

In the afternoon, stopped here for a toilet break & cuppa, would go back to try their yummy menu. the food looked delish :)
