V friendly staff and efficient service. Fried egg and poached egg on toast. Tasty but would prefer the eggs to be on the toast rather than to the side. Nice cup of tea also. Is a bit pricey though.

The place is nice but as expected it is noisy music and guests laughter is all around the place. It is my first time in this place with my friend and I was elated with the Happy Hour buy one take one cocktails!😂😂 So my friend ordered different kinds of cocktail everytime we finished one glass. Staff are friendly and is ready to serve when you need them. Rest room is clean but I noticed there is no ventilation. When I get in someone did their business, smells covers the whole area.😭🥲🥹

Expensive for poor quality coffee / latte. One of those classic cafes in London that suck your money away with nothing to offer. I would avoid.

Excelente café, servicio rápido, precios razonables para la zona. Perfecto como un café de los sábados por la mañana.

¡Tuvimos un desayuno vegetariano aquí que venía con un pequeño trozo de tocino! La comida grasosa no vale la pena.

Call for the first time for a quick cup of coffee with my wife. Staff are fantastic prices are good and the quality of the food is a very high standard. Well worth a vist if you are in the area.

Ideal for Saturday or Sunday brunch. We had eggs Benedict and full English. Plenty of choice of baked goods, prepared rolls and take-away options. Small and busy with locals, there are a couple of tables outside in summer too.

The perfect local spot for breakfast and lunch or just a coffee. Small, friendly and fun cafe with a big menu - including pastas, salads, sandwiches (the club sandwich is excellent) and a full selection of breakfasts, from full English to eggs benedict to omelettes and French toast. Comfortable, bright and on a fun corner on Askew Road!

Congrats. I’m used to come to visit my sister who’s currently living in the neighbourhood and she introduced me here. Definitely best choice if you want to try something typical British. Loved the “egg benedict” one. Just...try it!

If you are tired of the big chains like Starbucks, Nero and Costa, this is a good place to go. Friendly staff upon arrival, not many tables available as it is usually packed when I have tried to go. The English Breakfast is quite filling, but they also have a range of sandwiches, rolls, omelettes and pastries. The atmosphere is good and it makes you feel quite comfortable while there. The prices are reasonable too!

This little place is just lovely. It's on a fairly quiet road in my neighbourhood and every single time I've come in, the staff are so friendly and up for a little chat (even after you've paid!) The food is tasty, filling, good quality and for a student like me, happily inexpensive. The music is good but not irritatingly loud and you can hear yourself think unlike Starbucks. I would take anyone here for a blether, a pit stop or a chilled out lunch. Plus, Cafe Louche is always packed on weekends which is a good sign.

Regular location for breakfast and lunch - choice is great, and food delicious. Great supply of cakes as well. Warm welcome. Clean, fresh and prompt service.

A meal of forgettable quality accompanied with exceptionally rude service. Friend ordered a dish that was meant to be marinated ahead of you cooking it at your table and it arrived without marinade. When we asked if there had been a mix up the waitress had to audacity to call us rude after saying "of course" when asked if we would like them to replace it with the correct dish. The replacement was still unmarinaded. The "solution" to the error was to cover the dish in some sauce. Not sure if the message was properly given to the kitchen staff or the waitress had asked them to prepare the dish that way. Overall quite a unsavoury atmosphere that made it difficult to take any enjoyment from.

Great place, I went there years ago when my current wife first came to visit London. The atmosphere was chilled and we hung out in the garden.

Ordered for take-away. Nice and attentive service. Fair pricing for quantity but disappointing in quality. Lacked taste/bland. Beef patty had a soap scent more than anything. Came with a generous amount of fries although too salty, undercooked and overcooked oil. Glad did not over order. Restaurant was dark and hygiene was subpar. Won’t repeat. Not recomendable.

The Food (Moqueca Curry and Blackened Prawns) was OK. I would rate the food at about 4. The service from Gesica and Sophia was excellent (Humor and effective) and I would rate it at 5.
