The best restaurants serving Brasserie food in Portsmouth South East

Popped into Loch Fyne for lunch today with my husband and had an amazing meal😋 With fantastic and friendly service from the lovely Aimee and her fellow colleagues 👍

Food overall okay, waffle fries came very cold, rest came reasonably warm.

The whole experience was let down from the start. The front desk is unmanned most of the time and you wait ages and I mean ages, for anyone to attend to you to get you seated. Interaction at the front desk is borderline rude even after you have been waiting a long time - no apologies or anything close. The main serving staff are super and were great. Food is ok, not bad, not great either. We usually go to the southampton branch which seems more well run.

Amazing food with lots of variety. The soju watermelon cocktail was so good. Very nice place with lovely staff.

Popped here for a drink and game of pool the pool table was shockingly unlevel and staff didn’t seem to care drinks were over expensive for such a dive the pub is generally run down and the toilets are disgusting I won’t be going back there are some great pubs in Albert road and elm grove don’t waste your time and money in this hole !

I hope they open soon , as im big fan of afghani food , everytime with my family we have to travel to Southampton, im sure everyone from Portsmouth would love afghani delicious foods!

Cheese burger photos showed a nice selection of salad filling. NO salad filling was included, made for a very bland burger.
